Upper floor: (ladder) with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Parquet floors. View of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Garage. Please note: non-smokers only. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Summer

Silvaplana lies 1815m above sea level, at the foot of the Julier Pass in the heart of the Upper Engadine lakeland region. Located at the largest of the three Upper Engadine lakes, the town is divided into three parts of the village. Silvaplana and Surlej are located between Silvaplaner and Champfèrersee and Champfèr on the other side of the lake. From Surlej you will reach with the newly built cable railway to the 3’303m above sea level High Silvaplaner Hausberg, the Piz Corvatsch. In addition to proverbial hospitality of the approximately 900 inhabitants, in Silvaplana awaits you a pleasant high mountain climate with dry, clean air and plenty of holiday experiences. In summer, Silvaplana is one of the most popular surfing spots in Europe and regular surfcracks from all over the world find their way to the shores of Lake Silvaplana. All watersports available in 1 - 20 km. Sailing, surfing, sailing school, rowing, river rafting. Tennis (2 outdoor courts), golf course 18 hole in Samedan 10 km, 2 more golf courses within a radius from 7 - 17 km. Fitness course. Fishing (permit required). Summer skiing in Diavolezza. Die Ferienwohnung hat keinen Krams und Schnickschnack - simpel, einfach und praktisch eingerichtet für ein paar Tage zu Zweit. Wir werden gerne wieder einmal vorbei kommen.

Ideale Kleinwohnung für zwei Personen mit Blick Richtung Süden. Die steile Treppe zur Gallerie kann für ältere Personen problematisch sein. Die Bratpfannen sollten ausgewechselt werden (Belag sweist Kratzer auf; Teflon?).

Gut für eine Ferienwoche zu zweit. Die Treppe ins Schlafgeschoss ist sehr steil und muss vorsichtig genutzt werden. Die Küche hat nur wenig Arbeitsfläche und die Materialausstattung könnte noch verbessert werden.

Dame an der Reception war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir waren vor 3 Jahren schon in der selben Wohnung, war super. Dieses Mal war dem leider nicht so. War nicht so sauber, Geschirr zum Teil schmutzig, Pfannen sollte man ersetzten (Deckel geschmolzen), Teil Lichtschalter funktionierten nicht, Vorhangbahnen defekt, hing nur noch eine, könnte man auch gleich wegnehmen. Sehr hellhörig. Schade, dass nicht besser zu der Wohnung geschaut wird. Wie gesagt, das erste mal vor 3 Jahren war es Top!

- altes kleines Badezimmer, aber völlig ausreichend - Miniküche beim Eingang, mit allem ausgestattet inkl. Kaffeemaschine und Geschirrspüler - gemütliches Sofa - Grosser Schrank mit Stauraum - Kleiner Zweier-Tisch - Doppelbett auf Empore - Parkplatz gratis im Dorf oder bei Unterkunft dazu mieten (Achtung maximale Höhe ca 1.98m/2.00m) - Ideal für 2 Personen. Waren viel draussen, deswegen störte der fehlende Balkon nicht; Küche täglich fürs Frühstücksei benutzt :-)
