Wir hatten eine angenehme Winterwoche zum Skifahren in Surlej. Die Wohnung war mit allen Sachen ausgestattet & die Receptionistinnen waren aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Es war eine schöne Auszeit in der Residenza Margun (Einziger Mängel in dem Erfahrungsbericht / Schneeräumung).

Ausser der renovierten Küche ist alles in die Jahre gekommen (ausser der Miete). Die Küche ist nur mit dem allernötigsten ausgerüstet. Die Matratzen sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden und die Möbel gereinigt und nicht nur abgewischt werden.

Grosses Wohnzimmer und gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Zustand war sehr sauber. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ideale Lage für Anreise mit dem ÖV. Leider etwas ringhörig, so dass wir morgens um 6 Uhr von schreienden Kindern der Nachbarwohnung geweckt wurden.

Sehr saubere Wohnung, die Küche ist sehr klein aber neu renoviert und sowwit gut ausgestattet.Ebenfalls neueren Datums ist das Schlafzimmer mit grossem Kleiderschrank und guten Betten.Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr gute Beleuchtung mit Stehlampen, bequeme Sitzgelegenheit, grosser Fernseher. Leider kein Balkon.
