Summer

Silvaplana lies 1815m above sea level, at the foot of the Julier Pass in the heart of the Upper Engadine lakeland region. Located at the largest of the three Upper Engadine lakes, the town is divided into three parts of the village. Silvaplana and Surlej are located between Silvaplaner and Champfèrersee and Champfèr on the other side of the lake. From Surlej you will reach with the newly built cable railway to the 3’303m above sea level High Silvaplaner Hausberg, the Piz Corvatsch. In addition to proverbial hospitality of the approximately 900 inhabitants, in Silvaplana awaits you a pleasant high mountain climate with dry, clean air and plenty of holiday experiences. In summer, Silvaplana is one of the most popular surfing spots in Europe and regular surfcracks from all over the world find their way to the shores of Lake Silvaplana. All watersports available in 1 - 20 km. Sailing, surfing, sailing school, rowing, river rafting. Wohnung ist noch im Originalzustand aus den 1980er aber funktionsfähig, Betten und Matratze sowie Dampfabzug sollten ersetzt werden, gute Lage zur Corvatschbahn

Positiv: nah am Skilift 150m, Bus fährt alle 20min, Whg gross genug für 2 Erw+2 Kinder, grosser Skiraum, Gratis Parkplatz, Pizzeria nebenan. Rezeption freundlich. Negativ: beim Öffnen der Whg kommt ein muffiger Geruch entgenen, Teppich alt, keine Hacken für Skikleider, Möbel/Küche/Bad/Heizung noch aus den 70er Jahren! somit klebrig, kaputt, abgenutzt, zu kleiner TV, Frigo mit Geruch. Leider wird nichts renoviert, nur noch kassiert und ich kann diese Whg nicht empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war mit 2 Bädern und vielen Küchenutensilien gut ausgestattet für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Auch der direkte Zugang zur Außenanlage war gut.

Die Wohnung erfüllte ihren Zweck, gehört jedoch ein bisschen aufgepeppt. Fehlende Steckdosen kann man durch eine Steckdosenleiste ersetzen und in die Küche gehört neues Besteck v.a. taugliche Messer. In den Bädern könnten ein paar Handtuchhaken bzw im großen Bad eine Handtuchstange nützlich sein. Platz wäre da. Im Prinzip sind dies alles kleine Investitionen , die machbar sein müssten. Die Einrichtung ist Geschmackssache...späte 70er/Anfang80er Jahre.

L'appartement a une grandeur agréable et une belle terrasse. Les cadres de lits ont vécu, plusieurs grincent trop. Le débit d'eau dans une salle de bain est très faible. Cet appartement mériterait un rafraichissement mais nous avons quand même passé une belle semaine.
