House/Residence

Apartment block "Promenade (Utoring)". In the resort, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position. In the house: lounge, table tennis, kiosk, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, communal covered parking (extra), public car park at 800 m. Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Home delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house. Attention: limited number of parking spaces! Parking space or garage space must be reserved in advance with the key holder: parking space CHF 5.00/day, covered parking space CHF 8.00/day, garage space CHF 16.00/day, payable on site. Lounge with internet connection (WiFi). Ski passes are available at reception.

Ski school, children's ski school from 4 years old. 26.5 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 70 km. Toboggan runs (long 4.3 km). Ice rink, curling, curling, indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge).

Die Möblierung ist langsam in die Jahre gekommen, besonders die Wandbetten. Standort des Fernsehers ungünstig. Küche und Bad gut eingerichtet. Gute Lage.

Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und unglücklicher Standort des Fernsehers. Sofa nimmt viel zu viel Platz ein. Für zwei Personen sehr enge Platzverhältnisse vor allem im Winter.

Die Wohnanlage ist gut organisiert und die Zimmer waren sauber es hat uns gut gefallen Einzig die Sitzbadewanne sollte m.E. durch eine Dusche ersetzt werden - dieses antiquierte Ding ist extrem unpraktisch und der hohe Einstieg eine unüberwindbare Hürde im Falle einer Beinverletzung oder für ältere Personen.
