Living room and bedroom with new, modern furniture, TV, DVD player,IPhone dockingstation , radio and CD player. The sunny, south-facing balcony is equipped with a table and chairs. - Shared use of washing machine, dryer, ski room and ping-pong table. There is a parking spot in the garage for the apartment.

Access via a mountain road. Access by train Zürich - Chur. Railway station "Chur" 18 km. Bus connection.
