1-room apartment 50 m2 on 5th floor. Comfortable and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds and cable TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. Alcove with curtain with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Bath/WC. Balcony 7 m2, south facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Davos: Apartment block "Guardaval (Utoring)". In the resort, in a central, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 1 km from the lake, 300 m from the skiing area. For shared use: indoor pool. In the house: reception, lounge with TV, WiFi, sauna (extra). Playroom, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Bread roll service and beverage service. Narrow motor access to the house. Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces, extra), communal covered parking (extra). Shop 300 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop, railway station "Davos Dorf" 400 m, indoor swimming pool 1 km, bathing lake 1 km. Mountain railway, skisport facilities, slopes, ski school, sled run 1.5 km, cross country ski track, ice rink 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Parsenn 300 m, Jakobshorn 1.5 km. The building is located upstream of the resort of Parsenn mountain and offers beautiful view. Parking + garage (reservation on arrival).

We've had everythin we needed, the appartment is fully equiped and cosy, with a little old-fashioned interior design, but fully functional. The indoor swimming pool is a real treasure and the location, close to public transport, shopping, etc. is very practical. Another great stay for us in Guardaval.

Toujours très agréable de séjourner dans ce joli studio. :-) On apprécie le logement en soi, la cuisine fonctionnelle, la vue sur Davos, la piscine, la table de ping-pong, la proximité des chemins de randonnée et des accès aux bus, trains et remontées mécaniques. Tout était très bien. Peut-être juste faudra-t-il songer bientôt à changer les matelas.

Gemütlich und zweckmässig eingerichtete Wohnung an zentraler Lage (5 Min. zur Busstation). Küche gut ausgestattet und komfortable Betten. Hallenbad im Haus sauber und gepflegt.

Tolle Ferienwohnung für Skiferien mit den Kindern. Einkaufen, Skischule usw. zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Das Hallenbad war eine tolle Abwechslung.

Joli petit appart, parfait pour 2 personnes. Libre accès à la piscine (très agréable après une journée de randonnée). Proche de la gare, de magasins, d'un arrêt de bus, des remontées mécaniques du Parsenn. Belle vue sur Davos et ses montagnes. On y reviendra certainement.

Alles tip top. Schwimmen am Abend ein Genuss. Extra Schlaf Nische statt Schrank Bett, auch ein Plus. Küche super mit Wasser Kocher.

Im grossen und ganzen waren wir mit der schönen Wohnung zufrieden. Leider war das Besteck und das Geschirr nicht sauber. Eine Bedienungsanleitung zu den vorhandenen Geräten wäre vorteilhaft.

l'immeuble est en position centrale et bénéficie d'une vue magnifique. L'appartement est confortable mais l'aménagement est très rustique. Tout était parfaitement propre. Attention l'accueil ne se fait qu'en allemand le français et l'anglais ne sont pas pratiqué.

Très bien. Tranquille. Style des années 1970-80 (par ex. la salle de bain), mais confortable et propre. Cuisine bien équipée. Accès piscine + table de ping-pong et babyfoot. A quelques minutes de l'arrêt de bus, du Parsennbahn et de magasins. Bus gratuit avec la guest card, remontées mécaniques à prix fortement réduit. On aime toujours y revenir! :)

Gerade für Familienaufenthalte super! Hallenbad, Sauna(25chf), Tischtennis (Schläger besser mitbringen, waren vergriffen), Tuschfussball, Spielraum: unsere Kids haben sich blenden amüsiert! Sauber, gepflegt, gut eingerichtet (sogar Fondue Set und Orangenpresse). Nice: Appartement im 70ger Stil, Zeitreise inklusive! Vom UG Garage zur Penkenbahn 300m top! Danke gerne wieder!!!

Pobyt w okresie koronawirusa. Pomimo takiej sytuacji wszystko ok. Lokalizacja w bardzo dobrym moejscu - blisko do wyciągu narciarskiego. W obiekcie bardzo fajny basen. Polecam- szczególnie w ofercie last minute.

Apartament bardzo funkcjonalny i dobrze wyposażony w tym kuchnia ze zmywarką (zabrać pastylki do zmywarki) Ekspres do kawy przelewowy (wymagany filtr) Solidne umeblowanie z lat 70tych. Internet działa dobrze, nie działał TV. Są przedłużacze z kilkoma gniazdami do polskiego standardu. Piękny widok z okna na Davos i górską okolicę. Na piechotę w butach narciarskich 300 m do stacji wyciągu, 600 m do startu tras narciarstwa biegowego. Parking pod dachem za 5CHF/dziennie. Budynek 8 piętrowy z windami

Joli petit appartement au 5ème étage avec balcon (jolie vue sur Davos Dorf et les montagnes), salle de bain avec baignoire et cuisine équipée. Bien chauffé. Parfait pour un couple. A 5 minutes de l'arrêt de bus. On a passé une très bonne semaine!
