Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Bath/WC, sep. WC. Balcony 7 m2. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only.

Davos: Apartment block "Guardaval (Utoring)". In the resort, in a central, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 1 km from the lake, 300 m from the skiing area. For shared use: indoor pool. In the house: reception, lounge with TV, WiFi, sauna (extra). Playroom, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Bread roll service and beverage service. Narrow motor access to the house. Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces, extra), communal covered parking (extra). Shop 300 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop, railway station "Davos Dorf" 400 m, indoor swimming pool 1 km, bathing lake 1 km. Mountain railway, skisport facilities, slopes, ski school, sled run 1.5 km, cross country ski track, ice rink 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Parsenn 300 m, Jakobshorn 1.5 km. The building is located upstream of the resort of Parsenn mountain and offers beautiful view. Parking + garage (reservation on arrival).

Ski-region Davos/Klosters Mountains. 2 mountain lifts, 9 cableways, 4 cable cabins, 10 chair lifts, 29 drag lifts, 2 children's ski lifts. 103 ski runs, total length 307 km (20 % easy, 42 % intermediate, 38 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. 110 km cross country ski tracks in the region (3 km illuminated), ski walking paths, winter walking paths 84 km. 6 toboggan runs (long 24 km). Ice rink, artificial ice rink, curling.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig, komplett eingerichtet und macht einen guten Eindruck.  Sie war bei unserer Ankunft wie immer sauber gereinigt.  Zudem ist die Aussicht vom Balkon über Davos und in die Berge immer wieder ein Highlight.  Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Unser Team vor Ort ist ständig bemüht, das schön gelegene Apartment, das sich nur wenige Gehminuten zur Parsenn-Bahn befindet, auf Stand zu halten und die Möbel werden sukkzessiv erneuert. Weiter wird die Generalsanierung der Sanitäranlagen durgeführt. Das gesamte Team würde sich sehr freuen, Sie wieder begrüßen dürfen.

Appartamento accogliente, silenzioso, profumato di pulito e ordinato, completamente attrezzato e funzionale. Qui abbiamo trascorso due settimane in pieno relax. Bel balcone con ottimo panorama sulla vallata. Wifi perfetto. A disposizione nella zona comune anche asse e ferro da stiro, carrello molto capiente per carico/ scarico bagagli. Il gestore alla reception sempre molto gentile e disponibile.

Schöne, gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr schöne Sicht auf Davos und die Berge und See. Leider ist der Platz für die Biks viel zu klein und die Biks können nicht richtig Abgestellt werden.

Ausstattung durchdacht, funktional, sehr ordentliche Qualität und superstabiles WLAN. In der Nebensaison waren wir im ca. 15 x 5 m grossen Schwimmbad stets alleine, alles pikobello. Müllentsorgung super klar geregelt, Selbstversorgung aus Migros, Coop pronto oder Spar abwechslungsreich und absolut bezahlbar. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis gut. Für die unpersönliche Optik des Objektes von außen und den Betoncharme gibt es keine Kritik, das wussten wir vorher. Schulnote insgesamt 1-2

Výborně situovaný a zařízený byt s krásným výhledem na východ a jih (Davoské jezero, hory a centrum Davos Dorf).Pomocí vozíků a výtahů se pohodlně dostanete se zavazadly z garáže až k bytu.

Rustikale, funktional ausgestattete Wohnung und sehr hell. Küche gut ausgestattet. Kein Dampfabzug. Gewisse Einrichtungen sind in die Jahre gekommen. Separates WC. Viel Stauraum für Kleider usw. Portier sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wunderbare Weitsicht, grosser Balkon. Jedoch haben wir diesen ganz selten benutzt, weil insbesondere der Strassenverkehr schon recht laut ist.

Siamo alla nostra seconda esperienza in questo appartamento al 5° piano che offre una vista aperta e bella sulle montagne. Anche quest’anno abbiamo trovato l’’nterno curato e confortevole: la camera da letto è accogliente, il soggiorno con area salotto e zona pranzo è spazioso, il bagno pulito, la cucina completamente attrezzata (con lavastoviglie).
