Bath/WC, double hand-basin. Parquet floors. Large terrace, south-east facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Comfortable apartment block "Lenza", built in 1970. In the resort 110 m from the centre of Davos Platz, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area. For shared use: property (fenced), garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing (fenced). In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Motor access to the house. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking. Shop, grocery, supermarket 100 m, restaurant 50 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Davos Postplatz" 110 m, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km, lake Davoser See 4.7 km.
