Location Description Lugano

272 m a.s.l. >>Large, well-known town directly by the Lago di Lugano. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre. Lugano is celebrated for its congress, the banks, the businesses and also for its flowers, its villas and its moderate climate. Is has lush vegetation and beautiful landscapes. The mixture of the Italian atmosphere and Swiss efficiency is captivating. The historical town centre, which is pedestrian only is inviting with it's various arcades, museums, boutiques and restaurants. It is also a great place to sit, relax and watch the world go by. Good starting point for trips to: San Salvatore and the Mountain Bre (mountain railway) or towards the lake. Fete in October.

Aussicht gigantisch!!! Sehr grosse und auch kleinere eigene Terrasse. Diese FW können wir jedem empfehlen. Schade, dass die ÖV nicht ganz inbegriffen ist.

Tolles Appartement, alles vorhanden, neues Bad, 2 Terrassen, eine 16m2 gross mit wunderschöner Aussicht, Liegestühle vorhanden. Auch den Pool konnten wir noch geniessen Mitte Oktober, auch dort gibt es Liegestühle und Tische zum benützen, ebenso einen Pingpongtisch. Waren sehr zufrieden

Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Parkplätze für grosse Auto eher ungeeignet und sehr unkoordiniert beim vergeben der Parkplätze. Unsere Wohnung hatte die Einrichtung aus den 70 Jahren. Die Küche würde eine Sanierung sicher nicht schaden. Jedoch ist das Bad neu saniert worden. Top die Lage - die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Der grosse Balkon lädt zum verweilen ein.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas älter und funktional, aber die beiden Terrassen mit grandiosem Ausblick und die gute Anbindung mit Standseilbahn und Bus entschädigt für alles. Check-In / Check-Out unkompliziert möglich, auch bei später Anreise.

Appartement spacieux et bien agencé. Une vue magnifique sur la baie de Lugano, aussi bien du salon/salle à manger que du balcon et de la grande terrasse privée de l’appartement. Voiture recommandée mais également un accès aux transports publics plus que suffisant (bus/funiculaire). Jolie randonnée directement de la maison au flan du Monte Brè jusqu’au Grotto et Brè sopra Lugano (2 km / 150 m. de dénivellation), petit village typiquement tessinois agrémenté de nombreuses sculptures.

Bel appartement au calme où l'on pourrait facilement y vivre,très bien agencé et entretenu,rien ne manque.Nous avons vraiment profité des 2 terrasses panoramiques sur le golf de Lugano.L'accès est facile avec la voiture,vous pouvez même prendre le funiculaire à côté de la maison.Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour dans une magnifique région,à recommander !

die ferienwohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet, hat eine atemberaubende aussicht bei tag und bei nacht, verfügt über 2 balkone die optimal genutz werden können und ist mit der monte bre bahn und mit dem öv bus bestens zu erreichen. sie liegt nah an vers chiedenen wanderwegen. der preis ist stolz, aber gerechtfertigt. schade, wars zu früh im jahr um den pool nutzen zu können.

Séjour très agréable avec vue magnifique sur Lugano et ses environs. Le logement était très bien : spacieux, propre et pratique. Par contre, .... Froid et minimaliste en arrivant. Aucune info pour le départ : personne présent à 10h (heure limite) ! Cela nuit au reste, dommage.
