Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/bidet/WC, sep. WC. South facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Apartment house "Eden Roc", 9 storeys. In the resort 1.1 km from the centre of Montana, in a quiet, sunny position, traffic calmed area, 50 m from the edge of the forest, 950 m from the lake, 600 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 1 km, supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 1.3 km, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Résidence Forêt" 300 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 2 km, bathing lake "Moubra" 2.3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2.2 km, skisport facilities 600 m, ice rink 1.2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Grenon 950 m, Etang Long 2.3 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Accueil très professionnel et sympathique à l'agence interhome de Crans Montana. L'appartement est spacieux pour deux personnes et bénéficie d'une très belle vue. Le balcon est bien exposé et très agréable (quand le voisin n'y fait pas son barbecue). Les équipements fonctionnent bien (internet, TV) et la mise à disposition d'une petite machine à laver le linge est très utile. Le frigidaire n'est pas très grand mais on apprécie la présence d'un four à micro ondes et d'une cafetière nespresso.

Bien pour 2 personnes; trop petit pour 4. Il faudrait un garage pour l'hiver. Le déplacement à pied pour arriver à Montana est plus facile en été qu'en hiver. Le lit est trop dur à notre avis. La TV est ancienne et pourrait être changée. La vue est superbe.

Bel appartement, très spacieux, avec une vue exceptionnelle à 180 degrés, sans vis à vis. Idéal pour 2, bien pour 4. Le mobilier de la cuisine et de la chambre datent un peu, mais rien ne manque en terme d’équipement. Literie récente de bonne qualité, un peu ferme mais on y dort super bien. Endroit calme, très proche a pied du centre. Propreté irréprochable, et super accueil a l’agence. Je recommande sans hésiter.
