Bath/WC. Large balcony 22 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 62, height 200 cm, width 210 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

On the outskirts, 200 m from the centre of Crans-Montana, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 20 m from the lake, 650 m from the skiing area, south facing position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (90 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 18.Apr. and 01.Jun. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:30-20:00). Tennis (01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). In the house: lounge, WiFi, sauna (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 500 m, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 150 m, bar 50 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Lac Grenon" 350 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 1.2 km, bathing lake "Moubra" 1.2 km. Dommage que la table sur la terrasse est petite. Ne pouvons pas manger à deux. Il y a également que 2 chaises et ne pouvons pas tellement inviter des amis. A part cela tout OK

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la situation de l'appartement et sa conception intérieure : bien agencé pour une petite surface. En revanche, je n'ai pas pu utiliser les télécommandes de la TV: des explications sur papier seraient les bienvenues. La piscine fort bien entretenue est un plus.

Waren zum 3mal in dieser Wohnung Und haben fuer April 2025 reserviert. Die Lage ist ideal. Man kann allés zu Fuss machen, auch mit einem Rollator. Die Sicht auf die Berge ist optimal. Schoene Terrasse mit Tisch 4 Stuehlen und 2 Liegestuehle. TOP

A very good apartment, well equipped kitchen and very big TV unlike too many apartments with small TVs. However we found it difficult to learn how to use the induction hob (simple instructions please). The original TV remote was difficult to use as not sure which remote to use, but a new TV remote control seemed to be OK. While we were in residence we had two visits from engineers changing the internet etc and though they were professional the owner should have given us a reduction in rental.

The location of the apartment is perfect. It's so conveniently located right in between the Crans and Montana parts of town. Shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The small, complete kitchen is recently renovated, nice and functional. The crockery, glasses and flatware provided is good. A few more pots and pans for cooking would be appreciated. Decor and furniture are well-kept and comfortable. The terrace is spacious and the view on the Alps is stunning.

3 eme séjour dans cette résidence vieillissante mais bien entretenue. Tout est fait pour passer un agréable séjour à commencer par un parking sous terrain, lés appartements sont rénovés avec une cuisine neuve équipée comprenant une machine Nespresso mais pas de grille pain... La grande terrasse est superbe avec une vue extraordinaire sur les Alpes Vaudoises. Les commerces sont à 5 mns a pied idem téléphérique (location casiers ski) Point négatif : eau piscine a seulement 25 degrés !

Joli appartement, agréablement meublé, très propre avec suffisamment de matériel de cuisine en très bon état. Terrasse bien meublée avec vue magnifique. Dommage qu’il y ait une baignoire et non simplement une douche facile d’accès pour personne à mobilité un peu réduite. Un bémol, les matelas sont trop tendres. Nous avons eu beaucoup plaisirs et nous reviendrons dans ce même appartement.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit teilweise hochwertigem Mobiliar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Weniger gefallen hat uns, dass anstatt einer Dusche noch die ursprüngliche Badewanne mit hohem Einstieg vorhanden ist. Gelegentlich hat der Verkehr von der am Grundstück vorbei führenden Strasse gestört. Die Wohnungen die Interhome vermittelt befinden sich nicht in dem Gebäudeteil, der bei den Anzeigen immer abgebildet ist.
