"Terrasse Des Alpes 615", 1-room studio 53 m2 on 1st floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 1 child. Living/dining room with sliding door with 1 sofabed (120 cm, length 180 cm), cable TV. Alcove with sliding door with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC, sep. WC. Terrace 17 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 7 (2 cars), height 200 cm, width 230 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

House/Residence

Swimming pool (approx. 26°) and hot tub (from 16 years old) closed in November. The building was built on a sloping plot. The floors are considered as levels numbered from the residence floor. In case of heavy snowfall, it is forbidden to clear snow from the terraces, according to the administrator's instructions. Hillside complex "Terrasse des Alpes". In the district of Marigny 400 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, 1.5 km from the lake, 1.5 km from the skiing area, south-west facing position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Oct. and 16.Dec. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:00-20:00). Hot tub, terrace. In the house: lounge, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 400 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Montana Poste" 300 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 450 m, bathing lake "Moubra" 1.5 km. The apartment was wonderful - clean, spacious and excellent beds! The pool was an added and much appreciated bonus. The only problem was the complicated corridors as our kids were staying in the next building and we kept getting lost in the labyrinth when we wanted to visit them!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce petit appartement au calme et relativement bien agencé mais un peu vétuste. Garage intérieur à disposition. Belle piscine couverte avec jacuzzi dans la copropriété. La terrasse extérieur est appréciable mais nécessiterait un lifting ! L'accès est facile et le centre de la station est facilement atteignable à pied.

Logement bien agréable, vue des montagnes au réveil depuis le lit est superbe. Belle terrasse. Salle de bain un peu vieillot (écran douche mal en point, pomme de douche à remplacer). Cuisine assez bien équipée sauf manque quelques casseroles de taille moyenne (appart pour 3 personnes, pas pour 6) et plats fours. Si non propre et agréable appartement. Pas vraiment une chambre séparée, mais plutôt une alcôve, mais ne gêne pas si on est seule ou en couple.

Der Hauswart beginnt kurz nach 08.00 Uhr mit der motorisierten Heckenschere und lässt sich nicht umstimmen. „Am Nachmittag ist es zu warm“ Am nächsten Tag dieselbe Leier...
