Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with hatch. Bath/WC. Terrace 17 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (1). Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 72, height 200 cm, width 230 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

House/Residence

Swimming pool (approx. 26°) and hot tub (from 16 years old) closed in November. The building was built on a sloping plot. The floors are considered as levels numbered from the residence floor. In case of heavy snowfall, it is forbidden to clear snow from the terraces, according to the administrator's instructions. Hillside complex "Terrasse des Alpes". In the district of Marigny 400 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, 1.5 km from the lake, 1.5 km from the skiing area, south-west facing position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Oct. and 16.Dec. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:00-20:00). Hot tub, terrace. In the house: lounge, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 400 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Montana Poste" 300 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 450 m, bathing lake "Moubra" 1.5 km. Schöne Aussicht auf Berge und Wald. Küche veraltet und Eingang mit Western Saloon Type Türen unpraktisch und störend. Vorschlag: Renovation mit offener Küche wie in Apt 815! Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und zusätzlichem Etagenbett überladen. Nur schlanke Personen können sich darin bewegen. Wohnzimmer/Essbereich in Ordnung.

Wohnung und Service vor Ort gut. Online und Service von Interhome im Web eine Katastrophe. Auf unsere kurzfristige Buchungsanfrage hat bis heute niemand reagiert. Wir mussten unser Buchung bei unserer Anreise von Unterwegs tel. Abschließen. Am besten man bucht direkt bei dem Büro vor Ort. In Zukunft buche ich bei anderer Agentur oder direkt vor Ort!!

Ich hatte die Wohnung seit 2007 schon mehrmals gebucht. Das zeigt, dass sie mir gefällt. Ein paar wenige Verbesserungsvorschläge wie z.B. das Anbringen von Gardinen blieben leider unerfüllt, ebenfalls die Bereitstellung von Reinigungsmitteln für Bad, Toilette und Küche.

la résidence et l'appartement sont très bien néanmoins le voisinage très bruyant des propriétaires qui occupaient l'appartement juste à côté a complétement gâché le séjour. Interhome est bien intervenu auprès des propriétaires mais avec un impact limité. je ne relouerai plus dans cet appartement dorénavant. Dommage, j'avais l'habitude d'y venir.

Cet appartement est bien situé. Il est bien aménagé. La cuisine est bien fournies en ustensiles. Salle de bain agréable. Par contre au moment du coucher, il y avaient quelques voisins bruyants.

Ich hatte die Wohnung in den letzten Jahren schon mehrmals gemietet und das zeigt ja, dass mir die Wohnung sehr gut gefällt. Die Abdeckung für die Badbelüftung ist allerdings schon seit Jahren erneurungsbedürftig.
