Living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), cable TV. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Floor heating. Balcony, north-west facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n K5. Please note: non-smokers only. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Residence "Les Hauts de Nendaz". In the resort, in an elevated position, 10 m from the skiing area. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden. Mit 4 Personen eher knapp bemessen. Die Matrazen sind nicht wirklich toll. Dafür war für uns die Lage perfekt.
