Cosy apartment block "Haus Quelle", 1'560 m a.s.l.. 5 apartments in the property. In the centre, 4 km from the centre of Saas-Fee, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the skiing area. For shared use: property. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house (mountain road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 8 cars, limited number of spaces) at the house. Shop, grocery, restaurant, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Visp" 18 km. Gondola lift, skisport facilities, ski rental 100 m, ski bus stop 50 m, children's ski school, cross country ski track 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kreuzboden/Hohsaas 100 m, Saas-Fee 4 km. The owner does not accept any groups.

1'560 - 3'200 m a.s.l. >>Idyllic, family-friendly holiday resort with 1'200 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, in a valley, 4 km north from Saas-Fee, 4 km from Saas-Almagell. In the resort: supermarket, shops, grocery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, night club, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment. Access: motorway A9 Brig - Sion, exit number "Visp". Then road Visp - Saas Fee. Access via a mountain road. Railway station "Visp" 25 km. Bus connection. From Hochsaas (3200 m), lovely view.

Summer

The guestcard includes the following services in summer: free use of cable cars (Felskinn, Spielboden, Hannig, Kreuzboden, Hohsaas, Furggstalden, Heidbodme, Mattmark), free use of the postal car in the entire Saas Valley and various discounts on entertainment offers and activities. Natural ice rink, artificial ice rink, curling. Ski bus. Further ski-regions: Saas-Fee at 4 km, Saas-Balen at 4 km, Saas-Almagell at 4 km.

Die Wohnung läßt keine Wünsche offen: Die Lage ist Ideal, die Ausstattung ist komplett, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, informativ und kurzweilig.

Wir waren mit 2 Teenagern während 1 Woche in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bushaltestelle liegt nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt und es ist empfehlenswert nach Saas Fee den Bus (gratis) zu benutzen. Das Skigebiet Saas Grund ist auch nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt. Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Saastal ist sowieso immer eine Reise wert.

Fijn ontvangst van het beheerderechtpaar. Woning was ruim en licht (veel ramen) en centraal gesitueerd in het dorp, vlakbij de kabelbaan, bushalte en op loopafstand (5 min.) van de supermarkten.

Appartement ancien, partiellement rénové (bloc cuisine). Moquette dans les deux chambres à coucher. Télévision ancienne. Balcons autour de l’appartement et grande terrasse. Mobilier extérieur pourrait être amélioré. Emplacement bien centré, à proximité des arrêts de bus et du télécabine. Bon rapport qualité-prix.
