Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (2 hot plates, microwave, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. 2 balconies, west facing position and south facing position. Balcony furniture. View of the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.

Residence "Mont-Fort". In a quiet position, 10 m from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: natural garden, pond. Tennis (15.Jun. - 01.Sep.), children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house, except in winter 200 m. Public parking 300 m extra. Restaurant 100 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Sion" 20.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 7 km, skisport facilities, ski school, sled run 100 m, ice rink 7 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: 4 Vallées 100 m. Hiking paths: Barrage de Cleuson 5 km, Bisse de Chervé 5 km, Bisse de Saxon 200 m.

Paragliding. 2 cableways, 2 chair lifts, 250 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. Mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground, leisure park "Happyland" 29 km. Restricted bus service (last around 5pm). Ski lift timetables: https://www.nvrm.ch. The grocery store is only open during the winter. No ATM. Paid parking from November 2022.

Ski-region Les 4 Vallées, from 1'383 m, total of 92 lifts. 83 ski runs, total length 410 km, snow park. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school from 2 years old, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs (long 3 km). Sports centre at 7 km. Artificial ice rink at 7 km. No ATM. Bread ordering service available in winter. Ski lift opening information www.nendaz.ch. Paid ski lift parking.

Clear communication and efficient. Was a bit dissapointed that the taxes were added on after I had paid for what had been quoted as felt this should have been clearer. The accommodation was clean and enjoyed our stay. Key box was a little hard to find a sign on the door outside would have been helpful.

Appartement bien agencé et bien équipé. Pour 4, ce n'est pas très grand mais on n'a pas l'impression d'y être serré. Seul bémol, il n'y a que 2 plaques de cuisson. Grande salle de bain. Divers armoires pour ranger les vêtements. Les locaux pour les ski et les chaussures de ski sont très pratiques. On peut mettre les skis aux pieds dès la sortie de l'immeuble et y revenir à ski, c'est vraiment appréciable.
