Exit to the terrace, east facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 195 cm). Shower/WC. Terrace, east facing position. View of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Parking space n 1 at 300 m. Please note: non-smokers only.

Siviez: Residence "Mont-Fort", 1'730 m a.s.l., 2 storeys. 100 m from the centre of Siviez, on the outskirts, 8 km from the centre of Nendaz, 25 km from the centre of Sion, 10 m from the skiing area. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Public parking 200 m extra. Bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 7.8 km, railway station "Sion" 20.6 km. Slopes 10 m, ski bus stop 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Les 4 Vallées 10 m.

Ski-region Les 4 Vallées, from 1'383 m, total of 92 lifts. 83 ski runs, total length 410 km, snow park. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school from 2 years old, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs (long 3 km). Appartment ist direkt an der Piste. Man muss keine 5 Meter laufen wen man nicht will. Super eingerichtet. Alle benötigten Küchenutensilien vorhanden, inklusive Raclette und Fondue Set

Erneut hat es uns nach Siviez verschlagen. Da wir (4 Personen) schon seit Jahren im Gebiet 4 Vallees unseren Winterurlaub verbringen, hat uns die Teilrenovierung des Apartments mehr als positiv überrascht. Die „neue Idee“ mit dem Kaminofen, verleiht dem Apartment das nötige Winterfeeling. Auch den Rest des Apartments, neue Küche, renovierte Bäder laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Ein gelungener Winterurlaub, erneut waren wir mit vier Personen in Siviez im Wintersport. Die Pistenverhältnisse waren sehr gut bis gut. Die gestiegenen Temperaturen haben den Schnee zum Ende des Tages etwas aufgeweicht. Einige Anker, Tellerlifte und Sessellifte könnten ausgetauscht werden, gerade die Nr. 116 Lac des Vaux 2 und die Nr. 64 Greppon Blance 1. Ab einem gewissen „Alter“ fällt die Benutzung der Anker und Tellerlifte einem schwer. Das Apartment soweit war OK,

Nachdem der Urlaub in 2021 ausgefallen ist, konnten wir 2022 erneut starten. Die Corona Kriese hat einiges auf den Kopf gestellt, es alles ist machbar. Hygienekonzept: Theorie und Praxis stimmen leider nicht überein, Maskenpflicht am Lift und in den Gondeln wird bedingt durchgeführt und auch nur selten überprüft! Am Wochenende war es ab 10 Uhr an den Liften und Gondeln schon sehr voll, und die Absperrungen vor den Einstiegen der Liftanlagen verringert nicht die Menschenansammlungen, Abstandsrege

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, da man vom Sitzplatz gerade zum Kinderskipark gelangt. Oder mit den Skiern direkt zu den Liften fahren kann. Das Bett in einem Zimmer ist für 2 Erwachsene Personen etwas sehr schmal. 2 Badezimmer und das Reduit für die Skischuhe und Skikleider sind ideal.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, gerade für Familien mit kleinen Kindern - 5m vor der Terrasse beginnt der Kinderbereich (mit Kinderlift); 15m hinter dem Haus ist die Piste zum Sessellift. Angenehme Wohnung, die u.a. in den Nasszellen erneuert wurde. Eher kleine Schlafzimmer, das reichte für uns aber problemlos. Gut ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Backofen, Abwaschmaschine, Mikrowelle, etc.). WLAN vorhanden.
