Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Behind the house there are containers which serve as a temporary school building until summer 2025. The view is therefore reduced on the first and second floors facing north. Well-known, famous, car-free winter sports resort with 5'478 inhabitants, situated at the foot of the Mount Cervin with beautiful view, 34 km south from Visp. In the resort: supermarket, grocery, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, bar, disco, museum, cinema. Glacier, hiking, electrocab available in town, indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Lakes nearby.

Bathing lake. Tennis (1 outdoor court, 1 indoor court), golf course 9 hole in Täsch 6 km. Minigolf. Fitness course. Summer skiing. Paragliding, beach volleybally court. Mountain lifts, 400 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. 80 km mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground, leisure park. In May and June, lorries are allowed in Zermatt because of building season. In these months, it is slightly noisier than during the rest of the year, when Zermatt is car-free.

moderne, praktische Wohnung an praktischer Lage direkt im Zentrum (Nähe Einkauf und Bus).

Ce logement est confortable, bien équipé et très bien situé. Toutefois l'immeuble est d'une construction bruyante. Il manque des tapis pour amortir les pas des skieurs dans les couloirs, les portes claquent (un mécanisme de fermeture automatique des potes silencieux serait appréciable) et les femmes de ménages sont beaucoup trop buryantes (éclats de paroles, musique, collision de leur chariot contre les murs). Il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ces appartements soient parfaits.

Bel appartement, cependant assez sombre car il est situé au 1er étage et bruyant à cause de la proximité du local à ski. Le bruit des chaussures à ski s'entendent dans les chambres. Le salon n'est pas très grand comparé à la grandeur de l'appartement.

Ruim en mooi appartement, met twee badkamers en heerlijke 2pp bedden. Zeer centraal gelegen en op kort loopafstand van de Sunnega Express. Jammer dat er geen sauna in het appartementen complex is en de samenwerking met het Mont Cervin is verbroken waardoor toegang tot de welness daar niet meer mogelijk is. Halverwege de week wilden wij graag een handdoekenwissel. Daar moesten we voor betalen wat wij wel wat vreemd vonden gelet op de forse huurprijs van het appartement.
