Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, mini-oven, dishwasher, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with Scandinavian wood stove, dining nook, satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC. Underfloor heating. On the lower ground floor: 2 showers, double hand-basin, Sauna. Electric heating, floor heating. Wooden floors.
