Rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove, dining nook and satellite TV. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 double bed, 1 pull-out bed and electric heater. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating not available in all rooms. Wooden floors. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm. No internal connecting door between the separated properties.

Property composed of main house and outbuilding 7 km from the centre of Feldkirchen, 32 km from the centre of Klagenfurt, 33 km from the centre of Villach, 7 km from the lake. Private: terraced garden, 600 m2 with lawn, lawn for sunbathing, parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Shop 7 km, bus stop 6 km, railway station 15 km, lake Ossiacher 15 km.

Location Description Feldkirchen in Kärnten

550 - 1'067 m a.s.l. >>Quiet, family-friendly town with 13'900 inhabitants, 25 km north-east from Villach. Disco. Indoor aquatic centre. Feldkirchen, an old craft and Biedermeier town, is located in the heart of Carinthia, at the foot of the Nockberge mountains close to Lake Ossiach. Enjoy comfortable shopping as well as various cultural highlights. The hilly countryside and the wonderful bathing lakes around Felchkirchen can be reached within a few minutes by car and offer a great deal of activities for young and old visitors. The towns Klagenfurt and Villach as well as Lake Wörtersee (Velden) are approx. 20 km away. The three-border area is 45 km away (trips possible to Italy or Slovenia).

Bathing lake. Tennis, golf course 10 km. Minigolf. Riding. Fitness course. Fishing. Beach volleybally court. 50 km hiking paths. 30 km bicycle paths. Here, you are in the middle of a lake paradise: the idyllic Lake Maltschach lies south of Feldkirchen. The lake, nestled amid gentle hills, is a holiday paradise untouched by mass tourism. It offers water temperatures of up to 27 degrees, good bathing water quality and, of course, entertainment for children. Lake Flatschach is only a few minutes away, hidden in the middle of nature with a large sunning area and a great playground. Smaller bathing lakes in the surroundings: Urbansee, Goggausee or Haidensee. The large, well-known Lake Ossiach, lying at the foot of the Gerlitzen mountain, can be reached within 10 minutes by car. A cycle path leads from Feldkirchen to Lake Ossiach. Lake Wörthersee and Lake Faak are also easy to reach within a few minutes by car. It's a perfect area for walking, hiking and cycling.

Winter

Total of 15 lifts. 51 ski runs, snowboard slope, snow park. Ski school, snowboard school, children's ski school. Cross country ski tracks, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs. Artificial ice rink. The majestic Gerlitzen summit plateau, 6 km from Feldkirchen and visible from far away, is the starting point for unique panorama skiing high above the rooftops of Carinthia. You can ski or snowboard on 51 km of wonderful and perfectly groomed ski runs, leading in all directions. The Gerlitzen Free Ride Area and Freestyle Park offer everything that a snowboarder’s heart desires: natural runs, cornices, curved box, deep powder skiing and much more.

Eine wunderschön gelegene Hütte mit herrlichem Garten und tollem Blick ins Tal! Zu bemängeln hatten wir, dass die Unterkunft für 6 Personen nicht geeignet war. Das ausziehsofa, für zwei Personen gedacht, war viel zu schmal. Außerdem gab es nur dünne Sommerdecken, die für die kühlen Bergnächte nicht geeignet waren. Sprich. Wir haben echt gefroren...

Es war ein toller Urlaub und das Wetter war auch auf unserer Seite # Pro: Das Haus ist mit Liebe eingerichtet,es fehlte an nichts und das Grundstück mit dem Garten und dem Panorama \neinfach traumhaft. Wir haben es als Norddeutsche sehr genossen !!! Contra: Gar nichts #

Das Grundstück ist in Natura noch schöner, als auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Der Empfang war herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben, das Bad ist wirklich sehr modern. Gute Betten auch in der „Nebenhütte“ (im „Haupthaus“ stehen diese im unveränderlichen 90 Grad-Winkel). Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Gasthaus, Tankstelle und Spar-Markt sind im nächsten Ort Himmelberg, ein Badesee (mit Restaurant) ist ebenfalls nicht weit. Ein lohnenswertes Ziel in einer schönen Umgebung!
