Small kitchen in the entrance (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Exit to the veranda. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.

Location Description Ferlach

466 m a.s.l. >>The unique Ferlach gunsmith craft was recognized as an intangible cultural heritage by UNESCO in 2010. This traditional gunmaking craft is presented in the Gunsmith and Hunting Museum in Ferlach Castle. Small town with 7'000 inhabitants, 10 km south from Klagenfurt. In the resort: supermarket, restaurant. Sights Tscheppaschlucht, Schloss Ferlach Büchsenmacher und, Jagdmuseum.

Summer

Ferlach is a good starting point for hikes in the Karawanken and bike tours on the Drau cycle path. A special natural jewel are the wildly romantic Tscheppaschlucht with the forest rope park as well as the Meerauge and the fairytale meadow in Bodental. The idyllic bathing pond in Reßnig invites you to swim and fish. Bathing lake, 3.5 km from the resort. Hiking paths, mountain hikes. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes.

Winter

In winter, the romantic winter landscape of the Bodental delights with opportunities for skiing, ski touring, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing on the high-altitude trails that have been awarded the piste quality seal. het huisje was vies en alles was oud stoelen buiten kan je niet op zitten dan ga je er doorheen een allergaatje aan rommel van vorige huurders enz de gast vrouw wel erg aardig en het uitzicht is fenomenaal

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet, sogar eine Obstschale hat auf uns gewartet. Ein Pelletofen hat die abendliche Atmosphäre sehr angenehm gestaltet. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommed.
