Exit to the balcony. Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Boiler (50 litres). Small balcony 5 m2, large terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture. View of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

This is a unique 54 m high natural spectacle and Europe's highest free-falling waterfall in front of the Karawanken. Sablatnigmoor natural adventure park in Eberndorf, an important bird sanctuary. Idyllic, quiet holiday complex with 6'000 inhabitants, 25 km south-east from Klagenfurt.

Winter

Petzen, Austria's most southerly ski and snowboard region, is located in the south east of Kaernten and gives skiers and snowboarders of all levels the opportunity to enjoy life to the full. Although Petzen is one of the smaller ski resorts, it is a secret tip for skiers especially for families. Relaxation of ski guests is catered for at the spa centre of Bad Eisenkappel, a huge array of services to regenerate the body and soul. Ski-region Petzen 17 km, total of 5 lifts. Ski school, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, winter walking paths. Artificial ice rink.

Ruim huisje met mooi uitzicht op de bergen en een aparte woonkeuken en woonkamer. Ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden. Alles was zeer schoon. De inrichting is wel wat gedateerd. Groot dakterras met tuinset waar je lekker kan buiten zitten. Daarnaast een mooie tuin met tuinset die je kan gebruiken. Ruime parkeergelegenheid voor je auto. Wel hoor je (ook als je binnen zit) de auto's langsrijden. Zeer aardige eigenaar die goede tips gaf voor wandelroutes in de directe omgeving.
