Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open small gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 sleeping facility (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm). Small kitchenette (2 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

In the house: WiFi (all included). Parking at 100 m. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 900 m, railway station 1 km, public bathing area 1.5 km. Tennis 2.5 km, gondola lift 1 km, slopes 1 km. Nearby attractions: Affenberg Landskron 5 km, Pyramidenkogel 34 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gerlitzen (Kanzelbahn) 1 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Ossiachersee 1.5 km. Hiking paths: Wanderweg direkt ab Haus 10 m.

Location Description Ossiacher See

Annenheim is located directly by the lake Ossiach, between Villach (8km) and Feldkirchen (18km). The lake heats up to a maximum of 28 degrees celsius in summer and is therefore perfectly suited for swimming and action holidays for the whole family. The annual "Carinthian summer", offering numerous concerts by contemporary artists, is a special event taking place by the the lake Ossiach. The close surroundings also offer many sights, such as the Finkenstein castle arena with numerous theatre and concert performances, the Landskron castle or the Villach adventure spa. Cosy resort, 40 km west from Klagenfurt. In the resort: shops, restaurant.

Wir haben uns sehe wohl gefühlt. Der morgendliche Ausblick aus dem grossen Fenster war immer wieder ein Traum. Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Auch ist der Ort für Hunde ein Paradies. Von Herzen nochmals ein Danke für die nette Gastfreundschaft.
