Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Floor heating. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with satellite TV (flat screen). Bath/WC. Floor heating. Wooden floors. Barbecue. Beautiful view of the countryside and the forest. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

Hochrindl 19 km from Bad Kleinkirchheim: Modern, cosy chalet "Almhaus Galisch", 2 storeys, built in 2019. On the outskirts, 500 m from the centre of Hochrindl, 500 m from the skiing area. In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Shop 20 km, grocery 800 m, supermarket 15 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, thermal baths "Bad Kleinkirchheim Römerbad" 19 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, walking paths from the house 5 m, skisport facilities 2.5 km, slopes 500 m, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 2.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Turracher Höhe, Bad Kleinkirchheim - St.Oswald, Falkert. Hiking paths: Nockberge. Please note: car recommended. The house is in a forest area. There is another holiday home right next to it. Asphalt driveway to the house!

Location Description Sirnitz - Hochrindl

The picturesque mountain village of Sirnitz (800 m) and the alpine resort of Hochrindl (1600 m) are situated in a nature reserve 16 km resp. 24 km north of Feldkirchen. Villach 38 km. Railway station Feldkirchen. Traditions, folklore and dance evenings. The lakes of the Kärnten and the mountains Hochesterwitz and Minimundus are worth visiting.

Summer

Hike on green peaks and enjoy fantastic views of mountain lakes glittering in the sunshine. If you want to take a break from hiking, refresh yourself in the numerous Carinthian lakes. The well-known Lake Ossiach, Lake Wörthersee or Lake Goggausee with crystal-clear water and temperatures of up to 27 °C can be reached within 30 minutes by car. Outdoor swimming pool. Riding. 200 km hiking paths, mountain hikes. Mountain bike routes. Children's playground.

Winter

7 ski lifts, ski school, children's ski school, 30 km of cross country ski trail, toboggan run, ice rink, cleared paths for hikes. Ski-region Sirnitz Albeck, Hochrindl, from 1'500 m, total of 7 lifts. 1 chair lift, 6 drag lifts. Total 20 km ski runs. Ski school, ski kindergarten. 17 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 20 km. 2 toboggan runs, partially floodlit. Natural ice rink.

Heel gezellig en lekker huis. Aan alle details is gedacht. We hebben een fantastische week gehad. Ook de Sleutelhouder is erg aardig, is goed bereikbaar en spreekt Nederlands. Zou deze plek zeker aanraden!

Ein sehr schöner Winterurlaub. Das Haus ist wirklich empfehlenswert und die Küchenausstattung ist fast perfekt. Nur die Kaffeemaschine ist für 8 Personen etwas klein geraten.... Ein Hinweis für Winterurlauber: Bei winterlichen Verhältnissen sind Schneeketten sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Haus ist sehr schön, stilvoll eingerichtet, absolut sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts und wir, zwei Familien mit 4 Kindern (4-7), haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein gutes Restaurant, Meilis Alm, ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ansonsten ist man aufs Auto angewiesen. WLAN ist vorhanden. Die Sauna heizt schnell auf, Außendusche vorhanden. Der Kontakt zur Schlüsselübergabe etc.war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Wir haben schon oft über Interchalet gebucht, wissen also eine Beschreibung samt Fotos zu "lesen". Das an sich sehr hübsche Haus ist eindeutig so beworben, als sei es alleinstehend ohne unmittelbares Nachbarhaus -nicht einmal ein kleiner Hinweis darauf ist trotz Suche zu finden. Tatsächlich steht ein baugleiches Haus 5 m nebenan. In 12 Tagen Aufenthalt hatten wir 3 Mieterwechsel von jeweils Gruppen über 6 Personen. Arbeiten an beiden Häusern gab es zudem an 3 Tagen, beginnend ab 8 Uhr. Urlaub?
