Private: well-kept garden 400 m2 (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 10 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 14 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis 15 km, walking paths from the house 20 m, skisport facilities 25 km, slopes 25 km. Nearby attractions: Schloss Wolfsberg 13 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Koralpe 25 km, Klippitztörl 34 km, Weinebene 37 km. Hiking paths: Saualpe, Koralpe. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood. Beautiful sauna house for single use in the garden! The wood heating is a pellet heating system.

Winter

The ski regions of Koralpe, Klippitztörl, Weinebene and Hebalm are true skiing paradises offering approx. 90 km of pistes. 4 chair lifts, 25 drag lifts. Ski school. Cross country ski tracks, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs. Artificial ice rink, indoor tennis centre. Ski bus. The pistes of the Lavanttal valley are perfect for both professional sportsmen and beginners. You will find easy training pistes for kids and beginners as well as challenging descents for experienced skiers.

Wir wurden von den Gastgebern sehr freundlich empfangen. das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und ideal für einen Urlaub mit Hund. In der Nähe gibt es wunderbare Wanderrouten und zauberhafte Hütten mit hervorragendem Essen. Eine traumhafte Gegend - Ruhe und Erholung pur!

ruhig auf einer Anhöhe gelegen, nette Gastgeber, toll mit Hund, da komplett umzäunt, der Garten läd ein zum Entspannen und Sonne genießen, freier Blick in die Landschaft und keine direkte Nachbarschaft, die Sauna ist toll und auch sonst alles da was wir brauchten... eine Grundausstattung von Verbrauchsmaterial (Toilettenpapier, Seife, Gewürze usw.) ist aber selbst mitzubringen. Das WLAN war etwas durchwachsen, aber für unsere Zwecke vollkommen ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!

Mooi huis schitterende plek en vooral met honden een top huis. Degelijk afgezette tuin je loopt zo de bossen in. Wel 7 km rijden tot de bewoonde wereld maar dat is wel mooi als je dat juist leuk vindt.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche im Haus Schönhart verbracht. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft und idyllisch. Erholung pur. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Schöne Natur und herrliche Luft. Das absolute Highlight ist die Sauna, welche über den Balkon zu erreichen ist.
