Open gallery 17 m2 with 1 double bed. Living/dining room 36 m2 with panoramic window with 1 double sofabed, dining table and cable TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Wooden floors. Balcony 10 m2. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 7. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, no lift. Shop 250 m, supermarket 550 m, restaurant 100 m, café 150 m, pedestrian zone, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 150 m, thermal baths "Alpentherme Bad Hofgastein" 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, cable car 1 km, skisport facilities 1 km, ski bus stop 150 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schloßalmbahn 1 km. Hiking paths: Hohe Tauern.

800 - 2'700 m a.s.l. >>The Gasteinertal is a good choice for everybody, plenty to do whatever to your liking historical, family-friendly spa resort, 80 km south from Salzburg. In the resort: grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, concerts. Waterfall, indoor aquatic centre. Alpine and rocks thermae. Sightseeing: Alpine museum, birds park, mines museum in Bockstein, the church of St Niklaus.

Summer

Gasteinertal offer bathing lake. Tennis, golf course 18 hole. Riding. Fishing. Paragliding, total 4 mountain lifts and cableways. Hiking paths, mountain hikes, climbing. Mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire.

Winter

80 km of ski slopes ski-region Gasteinertal, total of 48 lifts. Total 200 km ski runs, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school. 300 km cross country ski tracks in the region (illuminated), high altidude pistes, winter walking paths 100 km. Toboggan runs. Artificial ice rink, indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge). The ski area is part of the Amade' ski links. Calais 1214 km.

Als Paar konnten wir den Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft gut genießen. Die Wohnung ist offen und hell gestaltet mit einem überdachten Balkon nach Süden. Die Nachbarschaft wirkte sehr ruhig. Fußläufig liegen der Ortskern und mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Kaffeemaschine ist eine Nespresso Kapselmaschine.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles, fast wie zu Hause um eine Selbstversorgung gut umzusetzen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt nah am Zentrum aber mit der “Randlage” sehr ruhig und mit tollen Bergblick. Es war sehr ruhig vor Ort und die Kommunikation zum CheckIn lief sehr unkompliziert.

Eine schöne Wohnung mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Das Haus ist recht zentral gelegen und gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung des Wohn -und Küchenbeteichrs ist solide. Die Matratzen im Bett könnten allerdings erneuert werden. Ebenso ist die Treppe zum Schlafbereich wirklich herausfordernd, hier muss man ein wenig aufpassen beim Begehen. Aber das war uns durch andere Rezensionen ja bekannt. Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung schön aufgeteilt und für zwei Personen wirklich ausreichend. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Wenn in der Nachbarschaft nicht gerade Bäume gefällt werden, ist die Unterkunft ruhig und doch in guter Erreichbarkeit zum Ortszentrum gelegen.

Sehr schönes Apartment, zentral gelegen, schön/modern eingerichtet und mit einem tollen Ausblick ins Tal und auf die Berge. Übergabe problemlos. Ausgelegt für 4 Personen, wir waren allerdings zu zweit und hätten uns zu viert ziemlich einschichten müssen. Doppelbett auf der Empore mit steiler Wendeltreppe - nicht geeignet für Senioren und P. mit Behinderung. Für 2 P. ideal!

This is a beautiful place to be staying for a solo traveller or couple. The apartment itself is very nice, with a terrace and beautiful view. It's a 15 min walk to the centre of Bad Hofgastein and 20 min by bus from the train station (I didn't have a car and the apartment was not difficult to reach at all). For those who have to work or make use of the internet for another reason: the wi-fi connection is great as well.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Ausblick. Die Treppe nach oben zu den Betten ist allerdings mit Koffer oder Reisetasche schwierig zu begehen, weil sie sehr eng ist. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurant und Ortskern sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
