Fließ 8 km from Landeck: Modern 2-family house, built in 2022. Above Fliess, in the district of Schloß-Siedlung, in a sunny position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Private: patio, garden furniture. In the house: WiFi, central heating system. Storeroom available. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, natural swimming pond 2.5 km. Golf course (27 hole) 20 km, tennis 2 km, skisport facilities 12 km, ski bus stop 500 m, children's playground 500 m. Nearby attractions: Naturpark Kaunergrat 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Fendels 12 km, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis 17 km, Kaunertaler Gletscher 40 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Winter: Snow chains are compulsory in certain weather conditions!

Sunny sloped position, crystal blue skies, magnificent play of colours in clear streams, fresh, crisp air - that is Fliess. Small village and winter sports resort, 79 km west from Innsbruck. In the resort: supermarket, shops, grocery, bakery, bank. More possibilities 9 km.

Swimming pool with slide and many attractions for children tennis (2 outdoor courts). Riding. Fishing. 150 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. Mountain bike routes. Children's playground. Sightseeing: Nature reserve Kaunertal - Piller Moor (moors nature trail), butterfly trail (more than 1300 species).

Ski-region Venet 19 km, total of 10 lifts. Total 22 km ski runs. Ski school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, winter walking paths. Ski bus (free of charge). Regional ski pass Ski-6: this ski pass also enables you to get to know the surrounding ski areas from Landeck to the border with Italy and Switzerland. All facilities in these 6 areas can be used: Venet region, Serfaus Komperdell, Fiss / Ladis, Nauders, Fendels, Kaunertal Glacier. All together: 80 transport systems in total. 12 gondola lifts, 22 chair lifts, 46 ski lifts. A total of 296 km of ski slopes. Ski safari shuttle: Unlimited skiing fun - from TirolWest you can reach the nearby, most famous winter sports destinations in the Alps such as Ischgl, St Anton am Arlberg, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Lech/Zürs am Arlberg, Kaunertal Glacier, Venet, Hochzeiger, Kappl and See.

Een prima netjes onderhouden ruim appartement. Redelijk hoog gelegen, bij veel sneeuwval zullen ketting nodig zijn, een vrij steile klim naar het appartement. Als je er niet mee inzit om even te rijden naar het ski-oord , zeker een aanrader.

Goed! Vriendelijke mensen. Vrij nieuwe appartement lag hoog op de berg (steile toegangsroute!) tussen andere vrijstaande woningen met veel jonge mensen en kinderen die voor de deur met elkaar ‘socializen’.

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Sehr nette Vermieter. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Zum Skigebiet etwas weit zu fahren . Es gibt schöne Wanderwege . Man sollte eine gute kondition haben da es immer eine starke Steigung hat.

Chybí sušení, ani jeden radiátor. Odtah z topení hučí i v noci v ložnici. Nedokončené zádveří. Trouba v kuchyni k vlastní instalaci. Pěkný výhled z kuchyně

L’appartamento è nuovo di recente costruzione con tutto il necessario , non mancava davvero nulla , ci siamo trovati molto bene e l’host era davvero molto disponibile , nonostante qualche difficoltà iniziale a comunicare dettata dalla lingua ci siamo sentiti molto accolti . fliess è un paese molto carino con una bella vista sulle montagne, si diramano numerosi sentieri verso malghe e Monti principali .
