Living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed (70 cm, length 180 cm), tiled stove. Large kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Bath/shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Wooden floors. The living room is a farmhouse lounge. Terrace 30 m2, east facing position and south facing position. Sitting area. Marvellous view of the mountains. Please note: non-smoking house. Animals are not allowed. There is deliberately no TV in the apartment - only in the common lounge!

Listed historical farmhouse "Buchhammerhof", from the 19th century, renovated in 2022. Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position. For shared use: natural state property. Terrace (30 m2), garden furniture. In the house: lounge with TV, WiFi, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Storeroom available. 700 m long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, bathing lake "Ried im Oberinntal" 7 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, skisport facilities 8 km, ski bus stop 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Fendels 8 km, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis 18 km, Kaunertaler Gletscher 34 km. Hiking paths: Naturpark Kaunergrat 11 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Location Description Feichten im Kaunertal

1'275 m a.s.l. >>The municipality of Kaunertal comprises hamlets, the largest of which is Feichten and begins near Nufels and stretches over 4 km to Feichten. The "Talmuseum" in Platz is worth a visit. The towns are interconnected via an extensive network of hiking routes. In winter, there is a magnificent cross-country ski run in the valley between the villages. The glacier can be reached comfortably via the imposing panoramic road by ski and hiking bus. Holiday resort, 23 km from Landeck. In the resort: supermarket, grocery, bakery, bank, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium.

Summer

Mountaineering, climbing, hiking, mountainbiking, rafting, paragliding, horseback-riding, cycling and summer ski-tours at the Kaunertal glacier. Outdoor swimming pools and bathing lake in the area. Tip: In the summer each guest gets a free SummerCard from the landlord. Numerous entrances to leisure and cultural facilities, participation in the weekly program and the bus service from Landeck to Nauders, incl. Kaunertal and Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis can be booked free or reduced with the SummerCard.

Winter

Ski-region Gletscher Kaunertal-Fendels, total of 17 lifts. 2 cable cabins, 10 chair lifts, 2 children's ski lifts. Total 52 km ski runs, snowboard slope, snow park. Ski school, snowboard school, children's ski school. 32 km cross country ski tracks in the region. Toboggan runs. Natural ice rink. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Fiss-Serfaus at 21 km, Venet at 27 km, Pitztaler Gletscher at 34 km.

Der Ort/die Lage bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und andere Aktivitäten der Region. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der freie Blick ins Kaunertal. Die Wohnung selbst verbindet in sehr angenehmer Weise Alt und Neu und bietet alles, was zwei Urlauber begehren. Das Haus ist denkmalgeschützt. Wir haben die Atmosphäre sehr geschätzt. Wunderbar ist auch der freie Blick aus dem Fenster direkt ins Kaunertal.

Wunderschönes, sehr geschmackvoll restauriertes Bauernhaus mit tollem Blick in die Berge. Alte Strukturen wurden weitgehend erhalten, viele antike Möbel, aber mit allem modernen Komfort ausgestattet. Für uns ging es nicht schöner, wir freuten uns nach jedem Skitag auf unsere Unterkunft. Sehr nette Vermieter. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Skigebiete wie Serfaus, Fiss, Kaunertaler Gletscher, Nauders, Fendels.

Erholung in einer grandiosen Bergwelt. Pro: Man spürt mit welchem Herzblut dieses Haus gebaut wurde. Die Eigentümer haben uns auf herzlichste empfangen.\nGanz tolle Menschen. Es war für alles gesorgt.\nWunderschöne ursprüngliche Gegend.\nWir können es sehr empfehlen.Die Erhaltung der alten Traditionen,genau das bietet dieser Hof.

Alles entsprach den Beschreibungen. Die herzlichen Gastgeber haben das Haus liebevoll restauriert und eine Oase der Ruhe geschaffen. Neben historisch eingerichteten Zimmern findet man im gesamten Haus jeglichen modernen Komfort. Der tägliche Blick auf das Kaunertal war einfach überwältigend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das einzelstehende Bauernhaus liegt in 1000 m Höhe an einem Berghang und eröffnet einen grandiosen Blick auf die Bergwelt. Man wohnt in liebevoll restaurierten und gemütlichen Zimmern und bekommt im Bad und in der Küche dennoch jeglichen modernen Komfort geboten. Wer Abgeschiedenheit, historisches Ambiente und Ruhe mag, ist in diesem Haus richtig und besitzt einen guten Ausgangspunkt für herrliche Wanderungen. Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann bei ihnen auf der Fischer Ranch auch gut Forellen essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
