Ried 7 km from Fiss: Child friendly, beautiful apartment block "Handle". 300 m from the centre of Ried, in a quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the lake, 400 m from the skiing area. For shared use: well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing. Patio, arbour (swing, sandbox). In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 3 cars). Grocery 300 m, restaurant 200 m, outdoor swimming pool 2400 km, bathing lake 850 m. Tennis 300 m, gondola lift 400 m, ski bus stop 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Fendels 400 m, Fiss-Serfaus-Ladis 7 km. Please note: suitable for families. Ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Fendels, Fiss-Serfaus-Ladis. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Additional accommodations can be booked. Free entry to the swimming lake. Die Unterkunft war wieder einmal top. Alles sauber und toll vorbereitet. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Wir haben bereits für das kommende Jahr gebucht.

Het appartement is ruim voor 4 personen. Met 6 is het krap. Keuken is voorzien van veel spullen. De handdoeken worden niet gewisseld. De tweede badkamer is wat krap. Het balkon is erg ruim. De temperatuur in het appartement is goed. Het ligt in een rustige wijk. Je moet wel 2 trappen op om boven te komen.

Goede ligging tov skigebied, ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Twee ruime slaap en badkamers en aardige eigenaresse. Jammer dat het voor 2024 alweer volgeboekt is.

Karin is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our second stay here and skied at Serfaus, Fendels, Kaunertal and Nauders. The balcony is sunny in the afternoon and the rooms are comfortable. We look forward to coming back again next year.

Prima huis.Jammer dat de lekkere bank ddlie op de foto staat vervangen is door een harde slaapbank,die niet zo lekker zit. Hserlujl groot balkon. De keuken is prima,als je extra spullen nodig hebg kun je dit bij de vriendelijke eigenaresse vragen. Wr zijn 2 slaapkamers en een slaapbank in de kleine woonkamer.

Wir waren Ende August dort. Schöner Badesee fußläufig zu erreichen, auch die Einkäufe kann man ohne Auto erledigen. Es gibt eine Gästekarte, die auch erweitert werden kann. Tolle Region. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und funktional ausgestattet mit großem Balkon. Bestimmt auch im Winter super.
