Absolute fun on the slopes, snow park, permanent race track, snow village, etc. Tobogganing fun and winter idyll around the Piburger See. Cross-country skiing enjoyment on the trails in the vicinity. Oetz in the Ötztal is the central starting point for your personal winter dream. Other ski areas (free ski bus!) in the vicinity: Kühtai, Niederthai, Sölden, Obergurgl. 2 ski areas - 1 ski pass: Every multi-day ski pass (from 2 days) bought in Hochoetz or Kühtai is valid both for the lift in Kühtai and for the Hochoetz ski region. In summary, this means: 74 kilometers of pistes, 22 cable cars and lifts ski-region Hochoetz, total of 10 lifts. Appartement tres bien placé pour le ski, a moins de 10mn en voiture. Spacieux, bien agencé et impeccable. Les hotes sont a l’ecoute et de grands facilitateurs. Le sejour a ete tres apprecié par toute la famille.

Schöne FeWo am Anfang des Ötztals. Auch wenn die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, war die Wohnung sehr sauber und großzügig. Leider gibt es Abend im Ort nur noch eine Pizzeria, jedoch ist Ötz mit zahlreichen Restaurants in 5 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch sind zahlreiche Freizeitaktivitäten wie der Wasser- und Outdoor Sports Park Arena 47 und Pitburger See sehr nahe.

die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist schön gelegen. Die Wohnung selber ist ordentlich und sauber. Können die FW weiter empfehlen.

Lage super für Unternehmungen zur area 47, ansonsten etwas abseits, leider keine Spülmaschine, Bad etwas klein und man musste sich den Platz in der Badewanne/Dusche mit dem Boiler teilen. Gute Ausstattung der Küche.

We hebben ons vanaf het eerste moment thuis gevoeld in dit nette appartement. Het was netjes, schoon!!!!! en van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor twee personen meer dan genoeg ruimte, veel opbergruimte. (Voor vier personen kan het net) De ligging is fantastisch tussen de bergen, mooi uitzicht naar alle kanten. ruim balkon. Goed bed en meubilair. De badkamer ietsje krap, maar ja.... je bent op vakantie. Alles aanwezig en proper!
