Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and TV. Shower/WC. Parking (1 car). Please note: private entrance, smoke alarm. Each additional person aged 2 years and over will be charged on site with the extra bed costs. E-charging station is charged separately!

Canoe / Kayak - whitewater course, river rafting, tennis, beach volleyball, horseback riding, fishing, paragliding / hang-gliding, hiking trails, mountain walks, climbing. Mountain bike routes, rental of mountain bikes, weekly program with guided bike and hiking tours with the acquisition of the Ötztal Card, all entrance fees for cable cars, swimming pools, museums and transportation included. The Hochoetz family ski area is a special experience due to the guaranteed snow and its rustic mountain huts. Oetz in the Ötztal is the central starting point for your personal winter dream. Other ski areas (free ski bus!) in the vicinity: Kühtai, Niederthai, Sölden, Obergurgl. 2 ski areas - 1 ski pass: Every multi-day ski pass (from 2 days) bought in Hochoetz or Kühtai is valid both for the lift in Kühtai and for the Hochoetz ski region. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen und liebevoll mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit N. und ihrem Mann war sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren eine Woche zum Skifahren in Hochöetz und sind von der Wohnung begeistert. Es war sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, hatte immer Tipps und Ideen und für die Kinder auch gerne mal ein Eis. Wir haben mit einer weiteren Familie gemeinsam Urlaub gemacht und es ist toll, dass die beiden vorhandenen Wohnungen verbunden werden können, um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen. Für uns war das top und absolut empfehlenswert!

So stellt man sich eine Ferienunterkunft vor! Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Garten mit Liegen und Sitzbereich. Alles ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die uns mit tollen Ausflugstipps versorgt haben. Auch ein Brötchen-Service wird angeboten. Durch die Lage 300 Höhenmeter über dem Tal hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Bergpanorama. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Bis bald, Caro und Rainer.
