"Beate", 3-room apartment 65 m2 on 1st floor. Practical furnishings: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Oil heating. Carpet. Balcony. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). The appartment is not closed off by a door to the staircase. The landlady lives on the completely separate ground floor.

House/Residence

2-family house "Beate". In the house: storage room for skis. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house at 70 m. Supermarket 1.6 km, restaurant 300 m, indoor swimming pool 2.2 km. Cable car 1.1 km, ski lift 1.1 km, gondola lift 1 km, slopes 1.1 km, ski bus stop 100 m, cross country ski track 1.2 km. Please note: The owner does not accept any groups. Ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence. Note the ski bus timetable: from Christmas to approx. Easter 4 trips daily to the mountain gondola and back.

Waterpark "Freizeitarena Ötztal". Tennis, golf course 9 hole in Mieming 60 km. Riding. Fishing. Paragliding. Hiking paths, mountain hikes, climbing. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes. Funpark.

Winter

Ski-region Sölden-Ötztal Arena. 7 cable cabins, 19 chair lifts, 8 drag lifts. Snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school from 3 years old, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, winter walking paths 30 km. Toboggan runs. Natural ice rink, indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge). Sports centre: Leisure Arena Sölden: tennis hall, bowling alleys, restaurant, Fit forFun, indoor pool, adventure sauna. At the ELECTRIC MOUNTAIN FESTIVAL, a top-class lineup from the global DJ scene in the Ötztal will set mountains and party people into rhythmic vibrations over several weekends in spring. Extra: At the Sölden/Hochsölden Ski School you get a 10% discount on ski and snowboard courses longer than 3 days (except for packages that also include equipment). When renting winter sports items, you will receive a 15% discount on the official rental prices in all Sport Glanzer shops in Sölden and Hochsölden.

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr ruhig. Wünschenswert wäre noch eine Vorrichtung zum Trocknen der Skischuhe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Good place, in-between 2 resorts, bus stop is nearby, unfortunately, it's till 6 pm, so all in all it is good to have a car to avoid uphill walk after skiing and pub crawl.

Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wie beschrieben, gibt es keine Tür zum Treppenhaus. Uns hat es nicht gestört und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
