Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: private entrance.

3-family house "Pult". In the district of Platte 1.5 km from the centre of Sölden, on the outskirts, 85 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in the residential district, 700 m from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis. Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 700 m, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Gondola lift, slopes 700 m, cross country ski track 600 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Gaislachkoglbahn. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

This is Sölden, one of the most famous ski resorts of the Alps, winter and summer capital of the sports and entertainment. Idyllic, busy holiday village and winter sports resort with 3'166 inhabitants, 86 km south-west from Innsbruck. In the resort: restaurant, bar, disco. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium. Therme Aqua Dome " in Laengenfeld. TIP: with the acquisition of the Ötztal Card the admission to many cable cars, swimming pools, museums and transportation is included.

Ski-region Sölden-Ötztal Arena. 7 cable cabins, 19 chair lifts, 8 drag lifts. Snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school from 3 years old, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, winter walking paths 30 km. Toboggan runs. Natural ice rink, indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge). Sports centre: Leisure Arena Sölden: tennis hall, bowling alleys, restaurant, Fit forFun, indoor pool, adventure sauna. At the ELECTRIC MOUNTAIN FESTIVAL, a top-class lineup from the global DJ scene in the Ötztal will set mountains and party people into rhythmic vibrations over several weekends in spring. Extra: At the Sölden/Hochsölden Ski School you get a 10% discount on ski and snowboard courses longer than 3 days (except for packages that also include equipment). When renting winter sports items, you will receive a 15% discount on the official rental prices in all Sport Glanzer shops in Sölden and Hochsölden.

Huisje wat verouderd, maar badkamer vernieuwd. Ligging echt prima, op loop afstand van de bus. Prachtige plek. Ski's in opslag bij de verhuur was erg fijn.

Es ist eine saubere Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern und angemessenem Preis. Der Lift ist fußläufig oder per Skibus zu erreichen (ich empfehle ein Skidepot an der Liftstation zu nehmen). Man muss die Wohnung immer mal gut durchlüften, wegen der Feuchtigkeit, die entsteht.

Knus huisje met twee aparte slaapkamers (waarvan 1 behoorlijk ruime met een extra slaapbank) en prima bedden. Vriendelijke eigenaren. Parkeerplaats bij Gaislachbahn op 2 min rijden (of lopen, maar dat is wel een klim terug) MPreis op 2 minuten, via de hangbrug.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen. De accommodatie was enigszins gedateerd, maar wel in orde. Heerlijk geslapen, omdat het heel stil is 's nachts. De badkamer was wel recent vernieuwd. fijne douche! Heerlijke week gehad!

Bei dem Unterkunft war nichts auszusetzen. Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden und es hat alles gepasst. Mit 4 Personen war ausreichend Platz für uns vorhanden. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich warm und sauber. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche war aufwendig Renoviert und sauber. Die Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Busanbindung waren wie beschrieben in unmittelbare nähe. Fünf Sonnige Tage mit blauen Himmel und dem Ausblick sind nicht leicht zu toppen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
