Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Oil heating. Carpet. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

House "Ferienglück". In the district of Plattwies 1.5 km from the centre of Kappl, 10 km from the centre of Ischgl, 20 km from the centre of Landeck, in a sunny position. Bread roll service. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, grocery 1.5 km, bus stop "Kappl Hof" 150 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 23.7 km. Ski lift 2.5 km, gondola lift 2.5 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.

Special ski pass – Silvretta / regional ski pass: valid for 68 lifts, approx. 340 km long pistes in the towns of Ischgl, Samnaun, See, Kappl and Galtür. Free ski bus through the whole valley, 24 hours taxi service. Wir haben die Woche in der Wohnung wirklich sehr genossen. Alles (vielleicht außer einem Sofabereich im WZ) war vorhanden und in Ordnung, und die freundliche Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend. Zudem war die Aussicht unbeschreiblich schön, sehr gute Parkverhältnisse usw. Kommen gerne wieder.

Net huis, meeste faciliteiten goed in orde. Fantastische plek. Minpuntjes; Jammer dat de eigenaresse nogal fel is of de ramen wel dicht blijven. Dus dan maar illegaal s’nachts illegaal de slaapkamer-ramen open doen. Afval wordt in huis gescheiden in open emmers in de hal. Dat kan ook anders.

Wir sind schon das 3. Mal in der Unterkunft - 2 Familien mit insgesamt 3 Kindern. …..das passt!!!

Zoals de tekst doet vermoeden. Alles in prima staat. Wij waren hier om 3 dagen met de motor te rijden en dan is het goed. Voor wintersport is het denk ik iets (te) ver van pistes en liften om te lopen. Zeer vriendelijke hostes en makkelijk met de borg. De bedden zijn vaak een ding bij dit soort huizen maar wij hebben allen prima geslapen. Verder ook heerlijk rustig. Al met al een aanrader.

Locatie was prachtig. Op 10 rijden bevindt zich een spar. Appartement was schoon en erg ruim. Er zijn vier slaapkamers. Keuken is volledig uitgerust met goede apparatuur en genoeg bestek, borden en glazen. Afval wordt gescheiden. Je krijgt bij aankomst een silvrettacard waarmee je leuke activiteiten kunt doen, kosteloos! Mathilde is de eigenaresse en ze is een schat van een mens. Heel vriendelijk en aardig en behulpzaam. Ze spreek alleen Duits. Geen Engels. Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen.
