In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Narrow motor access to the house. Roofed, parking (for 3 cars, limited number of spaces). Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bakery 2 km. Tennis 2 km. Nearby attractions: Stadt Landeck 20 km, Museum Schloss Landeck 20 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ischgl 11 km, Kappl 3 km, See 8 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Badesee See 8 km, Silvretta-Stausee 31 km, Stausee Kops 30 km. Hiking paths: Kappl 2 km, Ischgl 11 km, See 8 km. Please note: suitable for families. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Owner uses some rooms in the house. Ski-region Kappl. 1 mountain lift, 3 chair lifts, 2 drag lifts, 3 children's ski lifts. Total 42 km ski runs, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Toboggan runs (long 6 km). Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Ischgl at 10 km. Special ski pass – Silvretta / regional ski pass: valid for 68 lifts, approx. 340 km long pistes in the towns of Ischgl, Samnaun, See, Kappl and Galtür. Free ski bus through the whole valley, 24 hours taxi service. Die Wohnung an sich ist OK, aber um diese, sowie um die Gäste wird nur wenig bis gar nicht gekümmert. Die übliche Infomappe ist vom Jahr 2017. Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz, die Treppe zum Haus ist weder geräumt, noch gestreut. Passwort für WLAN stimmt nicht, die Bodenheizung lässt sich nicht einstellen, Zimmersafe kaputt, Fernseher gar nicht angeschlossen, aus den Wänden hängen Kabel. Mülltonnen auf Holländisch (vermutlich) beschriftet. Anfragen an Interhome werden nicht oder zu Spät beantwortet.
