In the district of Labebene 2.5 km from the centre of Kappl, 8 km from the centre of Ischgl, 10 km from the centre of Landeck, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Shop 2 km, restaurant 2 km. Ski lift 2.5 km, gondola lift 2.5 km, ski bus stop 500 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Ischgl at 10 km. Special ski pass – Silvretta / regional ski pass: valid for 68 lifts, approx. 340 km long pistes in the towns of Ischgl, Samnaun, See, Kappl and Galtür. Free ski bus through the whole valley, 24 hours taxi service. Keurig nieuw appartement met prima bedden, twee badkamers en nette complete keuken. Op het terras twee niet al te gemakkelijke stoeltjes. Na aanvraag kregen we er twee bij. In de keuken is geen gordijn of zonwering, zodat t daar best warm kan worden. Het meubilair in de keuken is keurig netjes, maar op den duur niet echt comfortabel. Verder krijg je geen premium gästekarte zodat t nog n dure vakantie wordt als je gebruik wil maken van de kabelbanen e.d. Kaart is ook nergens te koop helaas.

Prachtige locatie ,vriendelijk ontvangen . Mooi en proper appartement. Winkels etc. In de buurt.

Het appartement is super! Heel erg schoon. Complete inrichting en fijne bedden. De gastvrouw is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wel jammer dat ze niet de silvrettacard ( kaart voor de liften in het dal) hanteren. Deze konden we ook nergens kopen. En de liften waren ook nog niet open helaas. De liften maken de vakantie voor een gezin met 6 personen dan echt te duur. Hopelijk pakt de reisbranche dit weer op zodat mensen ook de kaart kunnen kopen en toch gebruik maken van de liften in hele dal.
