Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: suitable for families. Fridge without freezer, non-smokers only.

Pians 5 km from Landeck: Comfortable apartment house "Sailerhaus", 3 storeys, built in 1976, renovated in 2018. On the outskirts, 200 m from the centre, on a slope, 7 km from the skiing area. In the house: WiFi (all included), storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 700 m, bus stop 250 m, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km. Gondola lift 7 km, skisport facilities 7 km, ski rental 7 km, ski bus stop 250 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ischgl-Galtür, St.Anton, Landeck - Venetbahn. Please note: no lift. Object suitable for 4 adults. The owner lives in the same residence. Property ref. AT6551.115.2 is situated on the same property.

Een schitterend appartement met uitzicht! Zeer schoon, compleet en met een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Het enige kleine minpuntje: mogelijk kunnen er verduisteringsgordijnen of rolluiken in de slaapkamer aangebracht worden.

Fijn appartement, goed schoon, leuk uitzicht, vriendelijke eigenaresse, goede parkeergelegenheid. Het balkon is niet zo groot, voor 4 personen aan de kleine kant. Het appartement is gehorig. Er hangen witte luxaflex, erg mooi maar in de zomer is het heel vroeg licht in de slaapkamers en erg warm. Ventilatoren in de slaapkamers en verduisterende gordijnen zouden in zomer erg welkom zijn. Mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving. Landeck en See binnen 10 autominuten.

Appartement is goed schoon, leuk uitzicht van balkon, vriendelijke eigenaresse. Appartement is gehorig en het balkon is voor 4 personen wat klein. In de slaapkamers hangen witte luxaflex, mooi maar in de zomer erg licht en warm. Overgordijnen en ventilatoren op de slaapkamers zouden in de zomer erg fijn zijn. Mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving. Pians heeft geen supermarkt of restaurant, maar Landeck en See liggen op minder dan 10 autominuten.

Alles vorhanden, schöner Balkon mit Mittagssonne. Gefehlt hat definitiv ein Trockenraum für die Skischuhe. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Een fijn en schoon appartement. Lekkere bedden, prima meubilair. Een ruime tuin waar je als gast gewoon gebruik van mag maken: ligstoelen, speelhuisje voor de kinderen, tuinset, kinderspeelgoed. Eigenaren bieden veel privacy en houden afstand. Het dorp Pians is erg stil en biedt geen faciliteiten. Geen supermarkt, geen bakker of restaurant. Levendige naastgelegen dorpen zijn met auto of OV wel goed te bereiken. Nadelen: geen overgordijnen op de slaapkamers. Alleen jalouzieën.

Ruhig im alten Dorfkern gelegen, nur die Sanna rauscht vor sich hin, Wohnung gut aufgeteilt, Dusche und WC getrennt, leider kein Eisfach im Kühlschrank, optimale Lage für Unternehmungen (Paznaun-, Kauner-, Pitz- und Ötztal schnell zu erreichen), trotzdem ruhig da Autobahn im Tunnel, kommen gerne wieder
