Neukirchen: Large, comfortable apartment block "Dreier", 3 storeys. 4 apartments in the property. In the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.6 km from the lake. For shared use: large, well-kept garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 250 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 150 m, railway station 700 m, outdoor swimming pool 4 km. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 50 m, gondola lift 700 m. Hiking paths: Hohe Tauern 700 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. The National Park Card is included in summer.

Ski school, children's ski school from 4 years old, ski kindergarten. 55 km cross country ski tracks in the region (2 km illuminated). Toboggan runs. Natural ice rink, curling. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Zillertal-Arena at 20 km.

Es ist eine saubere und moderne Ferienwohnung,die mit Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet war. Gut geeignet für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Unterkunft liegt in 1.Reihe an einer größeren Straße,welche man Nachts aber nicht weiter hört. Das Grundstück ist zu dieser Straße abgezäunt und mit Sichtschutzwänden ausgestattet. Gartennutzung war möglich.
