Very beautiful farmhouse "Bauernhaus Stoffengut", 3 storeys, detached. Above Radstadt 8 km from the centre of Radstadt, 50 m from the edge of the forest. For shared use: natural state property, large terraced garden (fenced). Barbecue. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, ski boot dryer. 1 km long motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 8 km, restaurant 8 km, bus stop "Mandling Bahnhof" 5 km, railway station "Mandling Bahnhof" 5 km. Skisport facilities 7 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Reiteralm 7 km, Obertauern 27 km, Snowspace Flachau 20 km.

The touristic region offers bathing lake. Tennis (8 outdoor courts), golf course 18 hole in Radstadt. Riding. Fishing. Paragliding, summer tobbogan run, long 800 m. Hiking paths, mountain hikes, climbing. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire.

Winter

860 km of ski runs. Ski-region Skiverbund Amadé, total of 270 lifts. Ski school, children's ski school. 260 km cross country ski tracks in the region (3 km illuminated), ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs, partially floodlit. Natural ice rink. Ski bus (free of charge).

Wir waren 3 Nächte im Chalet. Es war großartig und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Das Chalet selbst ist freistehend und aus allen 3 Schlafzimmern und von den anderen Räumen hat man einen wundervollen Blick. Durch die hohen Decken und den modernen Einrichtungsstil haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Grill steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Das Haus ist neu und modern eingerichtet, hat auch traditionell Österreichischen Flair (viel Holz). Es ist alles sehr ordentlich und sauber, die Räume sehr gemütlich. Die Aussicht ist einzigartig und man ist sehr privat, da weit und breit kein Haus steht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! In dieser Jahreszeit absolut perfekt, für den Winter würde mir ein Kamin fehlen um dieses Chalet als perfekt zu bezeichnen.

Sehr schönes neues Ferienhaus in angenehmer Alleinlage. Die Aussicht ist wirklich prima. Von der Ausstattung modern und sehr wohnlich. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Alles absolut sauber. Zufahrtstrasse ist ein Schotterweg, der stellenweise etwas zerfahren ist. Es gab einen Brötchenservice gegen Gebühr und eine Sauna zur kostenfreien Mitbenutzung. Ein großes Dankeschön für diesen schönen Aufenthalt an die Gastgeber!
