Garden furniture, parking. Grocery 500 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 150 m. Golf course (9 hole) 20 km, tennis 400 m, cable car 2 km, ski lift 2 km, cross country ski track 300 m. SPECIAL Summercard includes – free entry: Steinbergbad Lofer, Alpenbad Unken, Vorderkaserklamm, Seisenbergklamm, Lamprecht cave, free bus travel: City of Salzburg and bus + train throughout Pinzgau, 1x daily free trip Almbahn I + II in the Almenwelt, May 1 – October 31st. Sehr sauberes, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes kleines Studio, für mich aber völlig ausreichend für ein paar Tage Auszeit. Nicht für große Kochevents ausgerichtet, eher einfach, im 1.Stock. Kein Balkon, aber Gartennutzung möglich. Parken am Haus. Habe mich mit meiner Familie getroffen, die am angrenzenden Campingplatz wohnte. Mir hat es gut gefallen, es ist eine schöne Gegend. Der Schlüssel musste in Lofer abgeholt und abgegeben werden, bei einer sehr netten Dame, die auch eine Pension hat.

Angeboten = 20 m² - tatsächlich: NUR ca. 17 m². (Wohn-,Ess-,Schlaf raum =11,2 m²; Kochnische ca. 2,9 m² und DuschBad ca. 2,8 = 5,7 m²). Zum Wohn-Schlafbereich offene Kochnische ohne Fenster und ohne Dunstabzug, so dass sich Kochgerüche in den Betten festsetzen. Kaffeemaschine zwar vorhanden, jedoch wegen Platz- und Steckdosenmangel kaum nutzbar. FeWo eignet sich nur für anspruchslose Gäste (wie wir es waren). Qualitätsbeschreibung sollte kritisch überprüft werden. Besser: FeWo im Sinne. Ü/F.

Erg kleine en verouderde spullen en kamer. Matras erg hard. Het hele huis kan wel aanspullen een upgrade gebruiken. Jammer het is een. mooi huis dichtbij de bushalte.
