Sports centre 1 km, mountain railway 7 km, ski lift 500 m, gondola lift 3.5 km, skisport facilities 3.5 km, slopes 3.5 km, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 20 m, ski school 8 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Axamer Lixum 8 km, Mutterer Alm 3.5 km, Götzner Bahn/Nockspitzbahn 3.5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Natterer See. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Axamer Lizum and Mutterer Alm/Götzens. Location Description Axams

Axams is situated on a sunny terrace above Innsbruck in the heart of the Tyrol, near the olympic ski area of Axamer Lizum. Cosy, quiet holiday village, 12 km south-west from Innsbruck. In the resort: restaurant, bar, disco. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, massage.

Summer

Indoor an outdoor swimming pool. Tennis. Beach volleybally court. 1 chair lift hiking paths, mountain tours. Bicycle paths. Beach volleyball cort, pony riding for children, daily guided mountain hikes with natural history guide.

Winter

The Olympic stadium Axamer Lizum can be easily reached by car or free ski bus and is well-known for assured snow from 1'583 m. 1 mountain lift, 5 chair lifts, 4 drag lifts. Snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs. Curling. Indoor pool with heated outdoor pool and large sauna landscape.

From a warm welcome by Mrs. Z. who was very accomodating with our later time of arrival which we had to alter at the last minute, to a little welcome chat together and a good introduction to the apartment, the stage was set for a great holiday. It progressed from there in the absolute best of fashions. What a lovely place and a lovely couple Mr. and Mrs. Z. The apartment was clean, spacious, and we slept very well in the extremely comfortable beds.

Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Der Bus fährt von Innsbruck quasi direkt vor die Haustür und das Skigebiet Axamer Lizum ist auch bequem per Bus zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wohung an sich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und in gutem Zustand! Genügend Platz für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern.

Bardzo miła Właścicielka - uczynna i pomocna. Dom w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji - w centrum miejscowości, 50 m od przystanku skibusu.

Geweldig appartement, veel ruimte, van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel schoon, handdoeken en beddengoed inclusief gedurende het gehele verblijf. Enige minpuntje is dat het appartement aan de relatief drukken hoofdstraat van Axams ligt.

De eigenaar is een vriendelijke vrouw, maar spreekt alleen DuitsWat ons tegenviel is dat je helemaal geen buiten hebt. Het balkon kun je net op zitten, maar dan kan er niemand meer langs je heen. Het eetgedeelte heeft geen ramen en ook de zitkamer heeft alleen maar 1 dakraam. Wij voelden ons niet heel veilig. Als er brand zou zijn, zit je als een rat in de val

Geslaagde week gehad, zeer vriendelijk ontvangst en schoon / verzorgd appartement. Flexibel in aankomst tijd, gewoon even bellen en je kan erin. We overwegen zeker om terug te komen

sehr geräumige Wohnung mit Vollausstattung, zentral gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich um die "Ecke", Anbindung zum Nahverkehr ca. 2 min zu Fuß, sehr nette Gastgeber, mit vielen Tipps für Freizeitaktivitäten ... wir kommen gerne wieder :)
