In the house: storage room for skis. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 500 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Landeck" 30 km, indoor swimming pool 28 km. Mountain railway 15 km, slopes 15 km, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school 750 m, sled run 1 km, cross country ski track 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nauders (Skiarena Reschenpass) 15 km, Samnaun (Silvretta Skiarena) 15 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Pfunds-Samnaun and Pfunds-Nauders. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

970 - 2'750 m a.s.l. >>Austrian village, situated in the sunny area in the valley of Samnaun at the border of Austria-Switzerland-Italy. The tax free area of Samaun 7km with good prices for petrol, tabacco and cosmetics. Winter sports resort.

Summer

Many footpaths in the area. Children's play area. Day trips to Innsbruck (1.5 hr) an St Moritz (2 hrs). Summer skiing at the glacier 80 km.

Winter

Free skibus for the the ski region of Silvretta 7 km with ski slopes for all standards of skiing. Samnaun skipass is also valid for Ischgl. 2km of luge runs.

Geräumige Wohnung mit schönem Balkon, schöner Aussicht und guter Lage

Es waren wieder super schöne Tage dort. Alles sauber alles was man braucht eine ganz liebe und hilfsbereite kinderfreundliche Vermieterin. Es ist immer wie nachhause kommen für uns. Kommen nun seit 2016 immer wieder gerne dorthin.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und bietet alles was man braucht, auch wenn die Einrichtung schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Trotzdem war es sehr schön und sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und unaufdringlich. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, was mit 2 pupertierenden Jugendlichen sehr angenehm war. Gerne wieder!

Wir sind 2024 bereits das achte Jahr dort gewesen. Geräumige Wohnung. Vorteil: Jedes der Doppelzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. Wohnung hat zwei Balkone.

Das Haus Martina ist zu empfehlen. Wir waren mit 6 Personen und einen kleinen Hund dort. Frau S. ist sehr zuvorgekommen, hat eine liebenswerte Art und ist sehr Hilfsbereit. Wenn man was benötigt oder was unklar war, hat Frau S. alles gebracht und erklärt/geholfen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, die drei Schlafzimmer mit je eigenen Bad und WC ist ein Traum. Die Wohnung ist mit zwei TV Geräten ausgestattet, gutes W-LAN und sehr sauber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, Danke für alles.
