621 - 1'250 m a.s.l. >>The district of Telfs stretches from Oberinntal to Mosern and is bordered to the north by the Hohe Munde (2662 m) and to the south by the Inn river. Inzing is situated 15 km away. Busy resort, 25 km east from Innsbruck. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, solarium, massage. More possibilities.

Summer

The touristic region of "Tirolmitte" counts as one of the most beautiful regions of the the Northern Tyrol due to it's sunny position and wooded surroundings. Outdoor swimming pool. Tennis, golf course 18 hole in Mösern 15 km. Riding. Fishing. Hiking paths, mountain hikes, climbing. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes.

Winter

The central position of the touristic region is an ideal starting point for pure ski enjoyment on the most varied pistes. In particular, the Seefelder Plateau at 1200 m, Kuehtai at 2020 m, the Hochoetz ski resort, the Gruenberg in Obsteig on the Mieminger Plateau at 1000 m, the Axamer Lizum at 1600 m but also the Rangger Koepfl and many other ski resorts offer pure ski fun. Night skiing is also popular which is usually possible on certain days from 19.00 to 22.00. Ski-region Seefeld 10 km, total of 29 lifts. Ski school, children's ski school. 250 km cross country ski tracks in the region. Ice rink.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt Pro: Sehr bequeme Betten. Außerdem war jedes Zimmer gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Des Weiteren war der Ausblick gerade beim Aufstehen sehr schön und viele Sachen sind innerhalb einer halben Stunde erreichbar. Contra: Die obere Toilette ist sehr ungünstig platziert da man rechts neben sich gleich die Wand hat und somit nicht sehr viel Freiraum hat. Das einzige was man noch bemängeln könnte wäre das Internet. Gerade in der oberen Etage draußen auf dem Balkon hat man keinen Empfang und das Internet ist auch sehr oft einfach weg.

Matrassen waren versleten, kussens en donsdekens waren niet proper. Dubbel bed kraakte enorm en enkele latten van de beddenbodem waren stuk. We moesten het huisje proper achterlaten maar buiten een (degelijke) stofzuiger was er zo goed als geen kuisgerief of kuisproduct beschikbaar. Bij aankomst ook wat onduidelijkheid over waar zich aan te melden. Wij kregen geen rondleiding bij aankomst maar de gasten de dag nadien wel. Waarborg kon enkel cash, dus nog kosten om geld af te halen ook nog.
