Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave) with dining nook. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: open large 50 m2, Studio with rooflight with 4 beds and dining table. Small terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the countryside. Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance.


    Seclusion, but only ten minutes away from the wellknown thermal baths of Geinberg cosy, comfortable cottage. In the district of Winten, in a sunny position, along the wooded area. For shared use: large, well-kept garden 4'500 m2 (not fenced) with flowers, meadow, orchard. Barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: WiFi, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Available: bicycles (2). Parking at 50 m on the premises. Grocery 1.2 km, restaurant, bus stop 900 m, railway station 1.3 km, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, thermal baths 900 m, swimming bay 10 km. Golf course 20 km, tennis 900 m, riding stable 1 km, sports centre 900 m, ice field 1 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The complex has another 1 house for rent. NOTE: absolute requirement for dog leash. Sale of milk and eggs from a neighboring farmer. This house was built according to ecological principles.     Die Unterkunft ist sehr abgelegen, aber wenn man die ruhe sucht ist es perfekt. Vermieter super freundlich. Die Ausstattung der wohnung ist top. Lagerhäuser-Stelle fand Kind grandios.

    Hôtes très accueillant disponible tout en sachant rester discret . Location propre et fonctionnelle avec bonne literie . Petit commerce de proximité sinon 3 supermarché dans ville a moins de 7km . La ferme a côté de la location fait de bonnes choses a manger . Très bon jus de pommes . C'est une Show more bonne location lorsque l'on recherche le calme et la nature ce qui était notre cas .     Die Lage ist sehr schön, wer es gerne ländlich hat, perfekt. Uns hat es gefallen, denn mit dem Hund kann man schöne Spaziergänge machen. Allerdings muss man in kauf nehmen, dass einem frühmorgens der Hahn des nahe gelegenen Bauernhofes weckt. Die Reinigung im Haus sollte unbedingt gründlicher Show more gemacht werden.
