Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates) with 1 sofabed, dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Shower/WC. Patio. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Private entrance, smoke alarm.

Aschau: House in the heart of the ski area and the Zillertal hiking trails. Comfortable working farm "Annelies". Above Aschau, in the district of Tiefenbach 2.5 km from the centre of Aschau, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 4 km from the lake, 200 m from the skiing area. For shared use: natural state property. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 2.9 km, railway station "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 2.9 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 4 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift 4.5 km, slopes 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertal-Hochfügen 4.5 km, Zillertal Arena 6 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Additional accommodations can be booked. Theme park 4 km. Ski trail to Aschau 200 m. Ski bus to the ski area Hochzillertal to Aschau. Return home by the ski slope.

560 - 2'500 m a.s.l. >>5 villages in Zillertal - 5 different church steeples - appreciated by all. Each village has retained its own characteristics but they are all connected by 5 steam railway Zillertal. Welcoming people is unparalleled. The region of Zillertal- Mitte (centre) is made up of pretty villages of Aschau, Ried, Kaltenbach, Uderns and Stumm. Small, cosy holiday centre, 50 km east from Innsbruck. In the resort: bar. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, solarium, massage. More possibilities.

Pobyt w tym apartamencie był bardzo przyjemny i przebiegł bez problemów. Obiekt utrzymany w czystości, wszystkie sprzęty sprawne i zadbane. Łóżka z bardzo wygodnymi materacami. Na miejscu dostępna narciarnia z suszarką do butów. Z minusów bardzo słaby internet i odległość od ośrodka narciarskiego, czy skibusa. (domek znajduje się koło trasy która prowadzi tylko do przystanku autobusowego. W najbliższej okolicy brak wyciągów).

Die Wohnung war für unseren einwöchigen Skiurlaub mit drei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern optimal. Da die meisten in unserer Gruppe nicht allzu sicher auf der Piste unterwegs sind, konnten wir die Nähe zur Talabfahrt (schwarze Piste) leider nicht nutzen. Daher sind wir jeden Tag ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Kaltenbach zur Gondel gefahren. In Kaltenbach ist ein großer kostenfreier Parkplatz, daher auch kein großes Problem.

Kleines aber sehr sauberes Apartment! Die Gastgeber sind auch sehr nett und ruhig (man hat sie den ganzen Tag nicht gesehen) aber hätten wir bei irgendetwas Hilfe gebraucht, dann wären sie mit Sicherheit gleich zur Stelle gewesen. Ich muss besonders die Sauberkeit hervorheben - dass war schon erstaunlich!!! So sauber, man hätte vom Boden essen können! 1A Aussicht! Allerdings sollte man anmerken, dass es wenn man kein Auto hat, schwierig wird da hin zu kommen! Aber dennoch ist die Lage gut!

Ubytovani melo v popisu 2 loznice, ktere tam sice byly ale jedna nemela okno, coz jiz uvedene nebylo. Apartman se nachazi pod urovni, coz take nebylo uvedene. Sice byly velke okna, nebyla tam tma, ale pokud by tato informace byla zverejnena, ubytovani bych si nevybrala.
