Large living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave) with dining nook and wood-burning stove. Shower/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: private entrance.


    Hart 1 km from Fügen: Child friendly, beautiful country house "Eberharter", built in 2005. 4 km from the centre of Hart, 5 km from the centre of Fügen, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the lake, 5.5 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Patio, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: central heating system. Bread roll service. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 200 m, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 6 km. Golf course 8 km, gondola lift 5.5 km, skisport facilities 5.5 km, ski bus stop 4 km, ski school 5.5 km, cross country ski track 5 km. Please note: suitable for families.     « Fijne woning met mooi uitzicht. »

    De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien, is schoon en goed onderhouden. Terras buiten zou wel wat beter kunnen. Vooral met kinderen zit je direct aan de weg en dat is niet altijd even veilig. Misschien een hekje plaatsen om de speeltoestellen en de zandbak?

    Wir haben tolle Tage in Hart verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10 Minuten aus dem Tal entfernt und bis nach kaltenbach fährt man ca 15-20 Minuten. In der Wohnung findet man alles was man braucht und falls nicht, steht die nette Vermieterin, die auch in dem Haus wohnt, immer zur Verfügung. WLAN gibt Show more es für 5€/Woche und auch dies funktioniert super. Den Brötchendienst haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, da wir selber aufgebacken haben. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und kommen bestimmt gerne wieder. Show less

    Ubytování nás mile překvapilo jak svým umístěním v krásném a klidném prostředí, tak i příjemnou a vstřícnou paní domácí. Apartmán byl velký, čistý a dobře vybavený.
