5-room apartment 100 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor. Rustic and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room with dining nook and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and 1 x 1 bunk beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave). Bathroom, sep. WC. Top floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin and separate WC. 2 balconies. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: smoke alarm. In one three bedroom there is a bunkbed were two can sleep on the lower bed and one on the upper bed. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

For shared use: natural garden. Patio, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox), petting farm. In the house: central heating system. Linen change weekly. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3.3 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Pankrazberg Abzw Geols" 600 m, railway station "Fügen-Hart i.Z. Bahnhof" 4.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 4 km, bathing lake "Schlitterer Badesee" 8 km. Tennis 3 km, gondola lift 3 km, skisport facilities 3 km, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Spieljoch 3 km, Hochfügen-Kaltenbach 10 km, Zillertalarena 15 km. Please note: car recommended. Local sale of farm products. Ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. Heating costs, if required, from May to November €14/day. Payable at the site.

Ski school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. 40 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs. Natural ice rink. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Hintertuxer Gletscher at 47 km. Guaranteed snow well into April because of Hochfuegen's elevated ski resort. Unique apres ski in Fuegen. TIP: you will receive a discount on the ski hire and snowboard rental (WWW.SKIVERLEIH-HOCHZILLERTAL.AT) at the ski rental Hochzillertal in Stumm and at Sport Unterlercher Fügen (www.skirent2000.at).

Úžasné místo na samotě s malou farmou. Domácí vajíčka a klobásky k dispozici ke koupi. Přístup k zvířátkům a děti si můžou hrát na dětském hřišti nebo jezdit na šlapacích čtyřkolkách. Měli jsme prostorný apartmán a dostačující prostor v kuchyni. Mezi pokoji nejsou slyšet žádné zvuky takže se v klidu vyspite. Jediné na co musím upozornit tak matrace nejsou nic moc. V pokoji s palandou dokonce chybí kus roštu v posteli, vhodné jen pro děti. Chybí mycí a hygienické potřeby, fén Musíte si dovézt.

Apartament nie pierwszej młodości jednak czysty, wyposażony w podstawowe sprzęty gospodarstwa domowego. Właścicielka bardzo miła, mieszka w sąsiednim domu. Jedyny mankament to strome schody do jednej z sypialni, plusem jest znajdująca się w niej toaleta z umywalką.
