Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. The house can be occupied by a maximum of 5 people (including the cot).

For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: WiFi, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. The region of Zillertal- Mitte (centre) is made up of pretty villages of Aschau, Ried, Kaltenbach, Uderns and Stumm. Small, cosy holiday centre, 50 km east from Innsbruck. In the resort: bar. Alles bestens! Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Defekter Wasserkocher wurde sofort ausgetauscht. Einziges Manko: die Vorhänge in den Schlafräumen verdunkeln nahezu nicht.

zum Skibus nach Kaltenbach sind es 300m. Speiselokal in Laufweite vorhanden. Es gab nur wenige mini- Mängel: im supergroßen und beheizten Skikeller lagert gleichzeitig auch der Biomüll, was man auch riechen konnte. Die Beleuchtung ist allgemein etwas dürftig, das Warmwasser in der Dusche war schwer zu regeln und lief nur spärlich.

Das Apartm. ist hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet und hat eine sehr gute Lage zu den versch. Skigebieten.Toll ist der Trockenraum für das Skiequipment. Der Kontakt mit der Tochter des Hauses war sehr nett bei Ankunft. Nicht gut war der Zustand der Matratzen, die stark durchgelegen waren und die Ausstattung der Küche (nur kleine Töpfe mit Deckel, die großen nicht, kein Toaster, dafür 2 Wasserkocher etc.) Zudem kein WC-Papier! Hätte man drauf hinweisen können bei Ankunft am Feiertag.
