"Gangerhof", 4-room apartment 85 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining nook and satellite TV. 1 double bedroom. Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with hand-basin. Sep. WC. Heating. Wooden floors, carpet. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra).

House/Residence

Agricultural estate "Gangerhof", 800 m a.s.l.. In the district of Emberg 2 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 8 km from the centre of Fügen, 12 km from the centre of Zell am Ziller, on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis. 2 km long narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 3.1 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 3.1 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km. Mountain railway 1 km, slopes 200 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The landlord lives on the 1st floor and uses other rooms on the 2nd floor. 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, which is open to the stairwell.

Each village has retained its own characteristics but they are all connected by 5 steam railway Zillertal. Welcoming people is unparalleled. The region of Zillertal- Mitte (centre) is made up of pretty villages of Aschau, Ried, Kaltenbach, Uderns and Stumm. Small, cosy holiday centre, 50 km east from Innsbruck. In the resort: bar. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, solarium, massage. More possibilities.

Einfache Unterkunft auf dem BergTeja L.

Die Wohnung ist sehr rustikal und einfach ausgestalltet. Es gibt keine Geschirrspühlmaschine. Die Betten sind in einem guten Zustand. Der Besitzer ist nett. Die Wohnung ist nicht zusammenhängend. Das ist in der Beschreibung etwas zu vage beschrieben. Es gibt im Erdgeschoß die Küche und das einzige einfache Vollbad, sowie ein rustikales Schlafzimmer. Dann geht man durch das private Haus in den 2. Stock zu den zwei weiteren Schlafzimmern über den offiziellen Flur.

Perfekt gelegene, sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung Jula H.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Ofen brannte bereits, so dass wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt haben. Die FeWO und besonders die Küche waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Außerdem war die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Vom Hauptteil der FeWO im EG kommt man über eine Treppe in das 2. OG, wo sich die weiteren Schlafzimmer sowie ein zweites WC befinden. Die Schlafzimmer sind komplett neu ausgestattet mit einem Boxspringbett. Von der FeWo hat man einen tollen Ausblick ins Tal, 100m bis zur Talabfahrt.
