Facilities: Internet (WiFi). There is 1 small wardrobe. Access to the living/dining room via the kitchen. Typical tiled stove. Parquet floors.


    Stumm 1 km from Kaltenbach: Beautiful 3-family house "Plank", renovated in 2012. In the centre of Stumm 1.2 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a sunny position. For shared use: garden. Garden furniture. In the house: WiFi, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking. Grocery, restaurant 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 400 m. Golf course, tennis 500 m, gondola lift 1 km, skisport facilities 1 km, ski rental, ski bus stop, cross country ski track 50 m.
